“Great cafe I had never been to. Cafe style dinning with Mexican influence all over the menu. It was very good and some unique choices ?. Not cheap but what is now. Happy I love close. I'll be backVegetarian options: They have veggie stuff but not extensiveParking: Big lots but a gym near by can“
“We were exploring downtown Tucson and found this sweet place for lunch. The service was incredible, treated us like they knew us .The food servings were huge, we shared a meal, thank thank goodness. The food was sooooo goodOn a quiet downtown street, should not be missed!“
“Awesome customer service, high quality authentic burritos with incredible tortillas ??Highly recommend if you’re in town and definitely worth the wait! Very busy on the weekend so plan accordingly!Vegetarian options: Hemp tamales are killer!“
“So welcoming so comfortable beautiful seating inside and out. The staff is beyond wonderful and the food is so flavorful and filling. Above and beyond at every moment I'm there to enjoy a meal with my family. Absolutely my favorite place to eat in Tucson by far.“
“A brief wait was our only obstacle to an exceedingly delicious breakfast. The entire meal was sprinkled with allegria! There was a surprising short time between ordering and delivery of hot, fresh food by the friendly and joyous staff. The small dining area contributes to the family friendly atmosphere.“
“Nice little hole in the wall place we went for brunch before the gem festival. Their coffee was decadent and soup and sandwich was excellent! Their menu was small but had good options. The soup had healthy ingredients and was savory. I'll definitely be bringing my friends here!“
“You know I am a sucker for lemon in my face. I've been dying to try out Happy Lemon for ages and today yelled at a friend to meet me at 11, and we got the goods! I tried what is essentially the aguas frescas: whole lemons blended and strained into green tea. My friend got the same, but with honey included! When I tell you that this was refreshing as heck, believe I almost bought a second one for the road. Many of their drinks feature yogurt, cream and their specialty salted cheese sauce, so be sure to stick to the fruit teas and slushes if you are dairy free, like me! The space is clean and bright and the chairs are comfortable for this curvy bum. I am definitely adding this stop to my list of places to get some work done while enjoying some sips.“
“I love this coffee shop! The staff is so friendly and you can tell how much they care about their business and having quality product. Everything on their menu is so thoughtfully crafted but my favorite is the CCC cold brew with brown sugar and half & half. The cold brew is infused in house with cinnamon, clove, and cardamom and it is AMAZING! Perfect to power through the work day!“
“went there the first time today, my chai tea was sooo delicious and the servers there were so friendly and kind!! however in the couple hours I was there, many people came and left and no employee was going around sanitizing tables and/or chairs.. with Covid being so high in our city this isn't very wise... hoping that this friendly reminder will help change things...“
“This is the BEST breakfast/lunch spot in Tucson! Down home cooking, family service. We make sure we make a stop whenever we are in town. The cinnamon roll and banana bread is a non miss. I always go for the huevos rancheros.. also the chicken fried steak. Give em a shot you won't be disappointed.“
“Depending on the time of day, there can be a long line and a longer wait time. Popular pastas and sandwiches also often sell out so go early before the lunch rush. Limited seating is available. The pasta is handmade and the pasta of the day is often interesting in terms of flavors. There is also usually a special gelato offered. The grapefruit matcha was delicious!“
“I had the Smoked Salmon frittata. Has three eggs, a good sized salmon, and topped with a chive sour cream. This was somewhat out of my comfort zone, but I ended up really enjoying it. The cour cream is a little strong, but good. I'd recommend this dish.Dietary restrictions: This is a very high protein low carb meal. I am diabetic and this meal didn't cause much of a spike in my blood sugar. Even eating the ciabatta toast, it stayed well under 150 mg/dl.“
“Top notch place, the food, the service, the vibe! Friendly staff, they care about patrons' food allergies! I have been 2 times and have not yet been disappointed. They pack the house but the turnover is reasonable, especially if you want some damn good food!“
“There are so many great reasons I love living at The Flin - the location, the staff, the elegance. This Flin is wonderful for people with pets, with a convenient dog park and plenty of places to take a walk right outside the community the doors. The features that stand out to me in the apartment are the full size washer & dryer, stainless steel appliances, the neutral flooring, and big windows. I enjoy living here and it’s a fantastic addition to downtown.“
“Great food served fast by friendly professional servers! Julieanne, Amy, Vickie, Madeleine and don't forget Melissa the shy one! A homey old time diner feel where you are made to feel welcome each and every time. Try them out. They will quickly become your favorite place too!“
“We had breakfast on a Sunday. There was a brief wait, but the line moved quickly and they texted when our table was ready. Amber severe us and was on top of everything. Holey Donuts and Million Dollar Bacon to start. The bacon was million dollar worthy. On to the specials, Blackberry Lemon Cream French Toast - fresh, sharp, sweet, complex, and oh so yummy. Barbacoa Chilaquiles Breakfast Bowl a 10.5 out of 10.“
“It's easily the best espresso I've had. I took a Columbian Blueberry Washed espresso. Already the smell of it was amazing. But once you drink it, boom. Complex layers one after the other. Blueberry, bubblegum, round espresso with a velvety mouthfeel and a very long-lasting aftertaste. My wife describes her capuccino as mind-blowing. Can not recommend enough.“
“This bar is so fun, and such a great vibe. Not only do I love the ambiance, but the patrons are always so nice and outgoing. Every time I come here, I leave with a new friend. The staff are also incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I love the drinks here, and I am a cocktail snob! My go to is the 'Shut It Karen' cocktail with Bergamot liqueur. Im obsessed.“
“What a hidden gem! Delicious, unique food options and good coffee. Ample indoor and outdoor seating. Clean single stall bathroom but no changing table. It was an enjoyable brunch spot for us! We were impressed with the corn cakes with the unique touches like candied (or maybe dried??) jalapeños and house made jalapeño syrup. They were too spicy and it balanced nicely with the sweetness of the corn. They were out of black beans so we got a side of rice, but it was very plain. That was the only thing that made us go “meh.” It was just rice with some scallions on it. Definitely worth checking out though and I hope they stick around! It’s a great spot to chill with a coffee and read a book, or have a relaxed brunch with friends, because it’s really a space that you can linger and enjoy.“
“They had a wonderful waitress, mona Lisa. She made our day better, she's just a happy person that gives out good vibes. Anyway talking about the food, they had good big portions, food was good. I had the green chili omelette with potatoes and biscuits, I loved their biscuits. I did not try their signature pancakes but they did look amazing.“
“You can't beat the beautiful location of this resort. All the staff I encounted were great. My issue was with the room itself. Baseboards very dirty, especially if I noticed, the tile surrounding the back of the toilet was concerning, there appeared to be mold in the grout of the soaking tub/shower, and the air filter in the vent rent was caked with dust.“
“I meet two friends here once a month. We look forward to coming down there every month. The food is wonderful and they even have some healthy choices. The waitress is so fun and engaging. I have only positive things to say about this place. Absolutely love it “
“I had the most pleasant experience at Monsoon over this past weekend. My husband and I had been wanting to come by the new location for awhile but finally found the time. I'm so glad we did! The cafe is very large with plenty of indoor and outdoor tables. The gal who helped us Sunday afternoon was absolutely the sweetest and most helpful. She took the time to explain the menu items and made our desserts. The fountain outside was very peaceful while we enjoyed our treats. We will be back for sure“
“my visit was great :) we got 2 eclairs for $16 & some change. it was so big we could only eat about 1/3rd, they had takeout box to keep the rest :) it was super delicious. their store is so cute & i was happy to see they had a sticker about supporting trans people as well :) i'll be back again !“
“Just had cocktails at the Hotel Congress Tap Room Bar next to The Cup and sat outside--lovely, fun, relaxing yet energizing environment. The interior had an appealingly dive bar vibe without being creepy.A great place for a nightcap!I personally wasn't a huge fan of the DJ/music but it wasn't too intrusive and we could still converse“
“Love this place! It's a lovely local coffee spot with a great selection of pastries, sandwiches and drinks (drip coffee, espresso, tea, specialty and more!) available daily. Decibel coffee beans are used here and food and pastries are made by in house bakers. Super clean, great service and lovely space functional for get togethers and work/study. This space also turns into a lounge some nights serving up speciality cocktails and mock tails, all unique and so tasty!“
“Maggie is my go-to cafe in Tucson. Everyone there is so nice, the food is good, and there's lore ?. The only downside is they get so busy sometimes there's nowhere to sit :OVegetarian options: I honestly don't order food often when I go there, but the few times I have I never felt like there were slim pickings.Dietary restrictions: Their muffins and scones are always vegan - I'm not vegan and I always get a muffin cuz they're also just really good.Kid-friendliness: They have a little play section in the back for kids that's visible from most seating places. It has books, toys, and a chalkboard.“
“I came here to meet an old friend for lunch and I had never ate here but I have drank at the bar before. And I've known about this Cafe for quite some time but I just never came here to eat. First off they did update the interior from how I remember it before and the restrooms are much nicer now. I walked in and I didn't really get greeted by anybody so me and my friend kind of waited in the front a little bit but then we decided to walk out to the back patio to see what was out there there's more chairs and the entrance to the bars back there also. We finally found a table and chairs but all of their furniture is really rough man they they have got to get new furniture my friend how to switch out two different chairs because she thought they were going to break on her and not to mention their wood and water damaged etcetera so they're not very pleasant the outdoor furniture. Anyways now to the food the menu is very limited we almost didn't even eat there because of how small their selection is but we decided to stay anyway and I had the chicken salad sandwich with the side salad and let me tell you it was really good. I wish it was in 16.00 it's more like a $13 plate but it was good so it is what it is. I do recommend this place if you're not a picky eater because again there's not a whole lot to choose from the menu they show on the Google account is not in effect anymore it's like half that.Parking: Get there early to find parkingWheelchair accessibility: The patio was a little tight so if you go out there with a wheelchair crutches or even a walker you might have to ask somebody to move to get past them.“
“Came across town for the Chipped beef gravy (S.O.S.) but our server Amber explained that unfortunately they have temporarily taken it off the menu because the owner wasn't happy with the meat he had been getting, so until he finds a quality he's happy with, no SOS. Although I was bummed, I respect the fact that the owner refuses to sell something he isn't happy with. Amber suggested the corned beef hash and a side of biscuit and gravy. The hash turned out to be very tasty. It hash came with eggs and also some home style potatoes. This seemed a little strange since the hash already has potatoes in it. The potatoes; looked to be red skinned and were cooked perfectly but were a little bland. My BF got the chicken fried steak which he said was very good. The gravy that was on the biscuit and gravy was the star of the show for me. It had such a deep, rich flavor you can tell it's made with heavy cream rather than the standard milk that most places use. They do have a bar which was nice because I love having a Bloody Mary on Sunday mornings. Our server Amber was fabulous! She made great recommendations and took excellent care of us. I wish they were located closer to me, they would definitely be part of my breakfast rotation but I will definitely be going back for the chipped beef on toast.“
“Atmosphere is marvelous, absolutely comfortable inside and very intentional seating placement with the bar looking so nice and artful. The entire place is full of art. From living plants to paintings to design. The chairs are comfy and everything just fits in a non-conforming way. Service was/is fun and clear, patient and responsive. Ordered what is their most popular - Turkey Pesto - tho the barista took her time explaining the specials for the day listing out the components. I am not endorsed for this! I'm excited to see new business and food joints popping up on fourth Ave.“
“We've been in Tucson for two months at this point and we've been to multiple First Watch locations. We've been really happy every time we've gone. The rotating menu is fantastic - we've ordered a new thing every time. The hardest part is that once a seasonal thing is gone, we don't know if it'll ever come back. We've had good experiences at all three locations we've been to.“
“Viv's Breakfast in Tucson holds a special place in my heart. Vivian's warm hospitality makes every visit feel like coming home. The food is delicious, with classics and inventive dishes alike. Viv's is more than a restaurant; it's a cherished tradition that embodies the spirit of community. Whether you're a regular or a first-timer, Viv's is a must-visit for a taste of Tucson's finest breakfast.“
“My first time to visit. I ordered the Pineapple Upside Down Pancakes with bacon cooked well done. Everything was cooked to perfection. The pancakes were so delicious that they required no syrup. I also noted their soup of the day was Navy Bean soup. I got an order to go and I am looking forward to enjoying it later today.“
“I pick up doordash from time to time today I decided to order for myself considering when I pick up orders the salivating flavors of the food travel into my soul I ordered alot in hopes of tasting this familiar smell and I loved it a lot ..reminded me of being a kid eating my grandma's food again the pie was baked on a buttery flakey crust was crisp on the outside and bursting with soft flavor on the inside the eggs were cooked perfectly on both sides where when that fork popped the the yolk it ran down perfectly, i look forward to ordering weekly thank you to all the workers for being kind and friendly also for the owner bringing back a child hood memory !!!“
“Went here for an early dinner and had a wonderful meal. Both vegetarian calabacitas enchiladas and chimichangas were delicious. The server said the rice and beans were also vegetarian, which were also quite good. Several vegetarian options on the menu were clearly labeled. Sitting outside when it's cool enough is a must--if you can see beyond the screens, you have a view of the mountains. Friendly server and excellent busser--would definitely go here again if in Tuscan. Pick-up orders were flying out of there as we were waiting, so appears Tuscanites love the food, too.“
“We love the Happy Rooster! Wonderful food (bacon like no other), friendly staff and fun decor! If you’ve never visited, do it now! Danny & Dianne are once again the owners and things are great! Try the eggs Benedict, omelets, pork tenderloin sandwich, homemade 1000 island dressing. Also if you like crisp hash browns - they will deep fry them. The tator tots are a fav also!“
“New review: the events they host here are cute and the drinks are still very good, but this just hasn't been the first place to come to mind when I want to get boba anymore. I don't know what exactly pushed it out from that top spot but it's just kinda fallen off I guess.Old review: I go here often enough it gets its own section in my budget and I'm not even mad about it. Highly recommend“
“We came in for a late breakfast, after a 15 minute wait, we had a nice waitress named Vicky service us. Delicious food great service. Until we went up to pay. We were helped by the cashier, she looked for Vicky to confront her about our bill, that was miscalculated, infront of us instead of pulling her aside. Vicky stated she would fix it, and the cashier just pulled it away and did it, rather than letting Vicky correct her mistake. I could see the frustration in both and didn't think to highly of how they treated Vicky. The cashiers and another waitress proceeded to laugh and giggle. Which probably made Vick embarrassed. This is Bulling. The Cashier needs to handle situations a little more professional and respectful by explaining and letting employees correct their own mistakes. Not treating them like that. it's very degrading and inconsiderate. This was upsetting and uncalled for. Vicky is an asset to Sunny Daze and should be treat as such.“
“Went there for the Tucson Blues Hall of Fame awards, the place was packed. I gave 4 stars because of the following: We sat way in the back of the patio and couldn't understand one word they were saying from the stage because there are no speakers on the back patio. Why not? Also: The food service was a bit slow and the waitress explained that they got hit with a bunch of orders. Maybe with such a draw of people as this event they could have beefed up the crew? Once we got the food it was delicious and the music of course was awesome. Had a great time!“
“I've been coming to this awesome Family owned one of the TOP 25 in fly In Diners in my book within the US.. Top notch food, staff, and clean establishment. If your through KRYN make a spiral down into the tire down area, walk in and introduce your self into a Local staple of Aviation and Food history N18155 come see Priscilla“
“Went there in the morning New Year's Day because it was the only place open on main street. Totally hit the spot! Service was great, food was great. Chips were good and salsa had a nice kick to it.Chimichanga plate and 3 Tacquito plate (special) pictured.Check it out!“
“This place is amazing! The Oink Cafe French Toast is absolutely delicious with the crunchy texture. The blueberry sauce is simply amazing! I tried a Monte Cristo today to change it up and it was delicious. Highly recommend this place as the bacon is the spotlight - get the jalapeño bacon it will change your life! 13/10 recommend and will be back!“

“Spring salad series! Tried the Chinese chicken and it slapped! Cold salad topped with some warm sesame chicken breast! Not too big or little of a serving. Affordable pricing. Lotsss of options. The staff were super sweet and gave me excellent recs. This place is huge! The have plenty of sitting as well as a patio and bistro for private parties. Will Def be back! Also....they have a drive thru!!!!!“
“I appreciate a local home brewed kombucha on tap! So sad to hear they are closing in about a month (as I am told in late January 2024) ?. So get it while you can! These are health conscious beverages crafted with care. Very kind people work here. I am going to miss them! Coconut Rooibos is a unique flavor I've never seen another kombucha company offer.Dietary restrictions: Drinking Kombucha is suitable for grain free, gluten free, dairy free, but not those with histamine intolerance.“
“I went this morning after trying (and failing) to find a different coffee place. I should have just committed to Roadrunner Coffee, since it was closest but there was a bad review from someone that impacted my decision.I'm glad I got coffee from Roadrunner Coffee this morning and that this little gem is so close to where I'm staying in Tucson. The coffee bean flavor for the cold drip is really decadent and the breve I received, unflavored, was brewed to perfection. The espresso flavor comes through very well. Also tried the sausage breakfast burrito, super yummy!Recommend, prices were decent, food was fast and delicious and coffee was good.“
“First time visiting today. The person running the front around lunch time today was patient with me when I said I had never been there and needed time to decide. The cookie isn’t overpoweringly sweet which is perfect for me and the tea is great.“
“Everything is incredible from donuts to chicken. Apple fritters, cinnamon rolls, maple long John, and Bavarian cream donuts and each one was just as good as the other. Chicken is mouthwatering delicious. It is lightly breaded and super tasty. Agree with other reviews that it is worth the drive to try this gem.“
