I made a reservation to eat at Renee's. It was for 8:15, we arrived and received a message that our table was ready. This was at 8:28. I checked in by responding to the text message and they responded with "great see you soon."When I arrived our server greeted us told us the kitchen was closing in 5 minutes and that we needed to make our appetizer, beverage, and drink orders within that time frame. I don't understand how at 8:28 I went from my tables ready to at 8:32 having 5 minutes to order. We ultimately decided not to eat there because of the rushed energy the server was giving us. If the kitchen was that close to closing they shouldn't have confirmed our reservation by text and our table should have been ready before 8:28 if the kitchen was closing at 8:35.I would have loved a chance to try the place but the service was so off putting we went to Postino instead.

Literally the only thing on the menu I enjoyed was the lasagna. This is more of a pizza place with some side food options, over two pages was for the pizzas. The bread for the table is extra $ too.

The best fettuccini Alfredo I’ve ever had. The staff was pleasant. We didn’t realize reservations were recommended and just stopped on a whim but they were able to seat us. The food was delicious!

Good, but not Great. Somewhat bland lacking depth of flavor pastas. Wine list is pedestrian. The pizzas look amazing. May try those next time. Better options available for the $100 price for 2.

Mediocre at best. The server brought us the wrong beer. We ordered lasagna and although it arrived in a piping hot ramekin it was still cold in the center (obviously yesterday's leftovers with fresh sauce on top and reheated). The focaccia was chewy and not light. The Caesar salad was very good.

Four of us had lunch there last Friday(3/15). The food was very good, and the service was outstanding. I highly reccomend Denee's to everyone.

Ok I absolutely LOVED the food and vibes here! The murals on the wall were so cool too. It’s a very small restaurant so I highly recommend getting a reservation. The service was great and food was made fresh and was very yummy. I got the Oh Honey Board as appetizer and the Chiles & Cream Pizza. Both were delicious! I’d also recommend the lemonade with the prickly pear syrup ? definitely a place I’d love to go back to!

Truly 1st class service! Reasonable prices and delicious food. We will return. Because of a limited menu, no complimentary bread before the meal, and a minimalist pizzaria feel, I could not go the 5th star. I hope one day they expand to a larger place.

This was our second time going to Renee's! It was wonderful. We love the personal experience with Renee and the amazing food with fresh ingredients! So delicious and the pesto sauce is delightful. We will continue to go! Just make reservations early!

What a hidden gem the food is top notch with unique surprises like lemon posset or green chili chicken calzones everything’s fresh made with the best ingredients. The atmosphere is hip, fun, artsy while being intimate, dark, alluring. Staff is the best part they care, make great recommendations, perfectly attentive don’t hover but you are never ignored. My new favorite place in Tucson can’t wait to try everything!

Overall, very nice and i do recommend going. Pros: First class service, reasonable prices, delicious food, convenient location with ample parking. Cons: No warm (or any) Italian bread with dinner which really is expected at an Italian restaurant. Is this an Italian restaurant? Very limited dessert choices.

Great food. Nice service. Wish they had a little more room so we could get in a little easier. Not a fan of take home Italian which is always cool rather than hot when you get it home, so likely won't do take out...except for perhaps a pizza.

We were a party of three visiting from out of town and chose Renee's based on the high praises from other reviewers. We were wise to do so. We enjoyed our cocktails. We shared the apple, walnut and goat cheese salad. Our entrees were a gluten-free Old Town pizza, spaghetti and meatballs and the chicken breast with sun-dried tomato cream sauce. For dessert we shared the lemon posset and the flourless chocolate cake. All of our courses were delicious. Our server was Renee, she was attentive and made great menu recommendations, she was spot on and we look forward to returning the next time we are in Tucson. We wish she had a restaurant in the Milwaukee area, we'd be regular, loyal & happy customers!
