Horrible!!!!!! Even for a Hotel restaurant itQ Ed probably not a typical problem for Tucson but the seating is right by the doors and with it being as cold as it is right now it was freezing in the lobby. I asked for a cup of coffee and was informed they don't serve that after 2:30 PM. Strange since I can go to the concierge lounge and grab one myself. My wife & I have had breakfast here many times with no problems. Food is good, prices are reasonable and the service--mainly students--is fine. The Saguaro Grill is open--as of April, 2022--and currently features a breakfast menu but not the previous buffet option.

Must have been a bad night for the cook. Guacamole had no flavor. The salsa was transparent and tasted like water. We sent the salsa back and second batch was better but we had to add limes cholula and salt to get some flavor. My wife’s salad had rotted slimy lettuce at the bottom.
