“This Tucson Sub spot never misses! Always HITS! They have a variety of sub options on their menu, as well as healthy choice options from wraps to salads. Don’t be afraid to ask about their secret menu options either! The owner recommended one today (see photo below) and it was absolutely everything I wanted in a sub sandwich. Great tasting ingredients, not shy of filling the bread up, threw that extra cheese just right, and had a spicy kick to it. I have tried a few different sandwiches on the few occasions I have returned, and some menu items I have revisited, always with the same love and preparation as the time before. Beyond the food, is the service. This Ma and Pop shop heart and soul is in its hospitality and welcoming feeling, and it directly reflects into the food they serve on a day to day. I have found no reason to go to any other sub place in town because, for me personality, this one takes the cake. Amazing people, outstanding service, delicious food, great value, all in one locally owned and operated location right here in Tucson.“

“These subs are incredible. I'm very thankful to have a firehouse subs in my neighborhood now. Only flaw is the sandwiches take forever compared to a place like subway or normal fast food. Maybe I've just been unlucky but the 3 times I've been here it takes so long I end up eating all my chips then have none for the sandwich haha. Probably not the biggest issue in life but just don't understand the wait.“

“Absolutely fantastic customer service by Emmanuel at the cash register today went above and beyond to ensure that the experience was worth the visit. Attention to detail was immaculate , There was a super long line behind us as well, and he handled it with ease working by himself on register , In between customers, he was also helping carry food to tables , The food was really good too. “Food is great, ingredients and bread are fresh. The dining area itself is very nice with good seating arrangement. The service can sometimes be slow, there is usually only a few staff on hand. I frequent as a customer and DoorDash driver and only have positive things to say. The worker are usually friendly, never rude. The wait times are usually not an issue. I recognize the workers are typically tied up with something in back if they aren’t immediately at the counter to take orders, so I don’t think that’s something to worry about too much. I vastly prefer this Quiznos over the other local sandwich shops on the block, I’ve lived down the street my whole life from said location. Good food, friendly staff, welcoming dinning space, would definitely recommend.“

I went to this subway for a year and recently moved away, and of all the food places in tucson I will miss this subway because of Vicki. She closed what seems like every night, or at least everytime I would go after work for a sandwich. Vicki has a way of making you feel like you're watching an italian grandma making you food with warm, real conversation.

She works this job because she wants to, and she takes pride in her workspace and treating her customers well. Vicki, I wish you the best of days with your family always. I'll think of you when I walk into a subway 🍪“

“I built my own sub and if I do say so myself I did a pretty good job. Seriously though, I wish I would have gotten the names of the employees working. They were fantastic and had loads of patience. My daughter and I went into Subway at 17:30 (5:30pm) on 01/27/2025. I hope I have narrowed things down. My contacts were extremely cloudy and it was getting dark. I can't see to drive very well at night and my daughter doesn't drive. I might have seemed hurried and a bit moody to the employees there. They handled it with class and dedication. I am so sorry if I seemed a bit cross. My sandwich was delicious and I will definitely be back in a better mood. It's no excuse, I could have asked but I didn't know if you could still build your own sub with the ingredients you wanted or if the menu changed to what was suggested. With the patience of everyone who works here and the quality of the food, I can't wait to come back. This franchise is better than the expensive place across the street“

Best service always comes from the good people with good attitude. This young gentleman “Bravery” is very kind and very humble and honest I have ever seen in modern days in food services.

As you walk in he is ready to greet you with respect, love and good attitude. He has anything it takes to get everything done right in minute, such as: washing his hands, asking what you want and putting it together without delaying. I ordered business catering, the person on the phone forgot to add the tip (I cannot do cash tips) so we were going to charge it separate however she said she will send a payment link to pay a tip (I had no trouble to do) but it never came. The delivery driver did however so politely and sarcastically thank me for the big tip. That was OUT OF MY CONTROL.“

“Carlito was fabulous. My dad passed away 2 years ago ago and I fly in from Texas to treat my mom to a couple days at the resort. Our 1st stay was in June of 2024 for her 1st wedding anniversary alone. We had reservations at PY steakhouse, but our plans changed. I still wanted to have a nice dinner at the resort. So we tried Bellissimo and loved it. We enjoyed the bottle and bread special they had this visit and we were still able to keep our reservations at PY steakhouse this year for an amazing celebration of life for him. “I just popped in for some iced tea and something sweet to eat. The carrot cake looked really good but I do not like coconuts so I asked the nice girl behind the counter if it had coconut. Most of the time they either don't know or they guess and usually guessing correctly. But instead, she said I'm not sure and then she went and looked it up and confirmed there was no coconut.
