I researched and contacted several catering companies for our employee holiday lunch and finally decided on Sapphire Catering. I am so happy I found them. Food was delicious. Service was superb. A week after the event I still had employees who have been with the company for years telling me that was the best holiday lunch they ever had. This was the first one I ever planned so Sapphire made me look great . They have several menu options to choose from and were very accommodating....read full review
