Staff are very professional facilities are clean and they have a wide variety of books!
A well run chain store (as a customer) with plenty of inventory on the shelfs, helpful staff and a quiet environment to shop. The men's room condition and hallway floor was sticky and unclean but that's a management issue.

I love this cafe!!! Not only is it in my favorite store, the servers are friendly and happy to please.Sadly today a woman ahead of us heard me tell my daughter the Mediterranean bake is the best and she snatched the last piece ?♀️ so don’t he that person please?We ended up with the artichoke bake and croissants, the Kelsie coffee and a peppermint coffee which all were outstanding!
