“Beautiful resort. Not that touristy. I hate crowds. The spa was nice. The food delicious!“

“Met two ladies for lunch today at the Longhorn on Broadway. It was almost 1 so it was busy with the lunch crowd. We waited maybe two minutes to be seated in a booth. Our server was Haley, “like the comet’. Very helpful, smiled and asked right away what we wanted to drink on this hot 🥵 day; gave us time to look at the menu. She took our orders and brought us a warm loaf bread with butter. Our entrees were generous from the lunch menu that was well priced. I got the mixed greens salad with strawberries, grapes, mandarin oranges, pecans and feta with a raspberry vinaigrette and grilled chicken breast. A side is included, lots to choose from I ordered iced tea and was offered a to go one when I was leaving. Nice on a hot summer day.“

“We got there just after a huge rush on a Sunday. It was our first time there. They were slammed judging by the number of people leaving and tables full of plates/bottles. Misty came running over as soon as she could. Apologized several times for the wait. We were ready to order when she arrived. Luckily there was a menu left from the earlier people. It is self seating. Good selection of food and drinks. Service was excellent. Plenty of refills for our water. Food delivery was good and perfect timing. Good logistics. Food was great! We will be back.“

“The food is good however I did not have a great experience this evening so I’ll likely stick to just placing pickup orders.“

“I had dinner at the Texas Roadhouse in Marana, AZ this evening with family members. The service was great, the food was great, but we could not hear each other over the volume of the music. Please turn it down so I can at least hear the conversation at my table.“

“Took our friends here for friend's birthday. Eric our server was fantastic. But even better the food. We all got steaks. Cooked to perfection. The live music 🎶 🎸 guitar player was a nice touch to listen as we ate. First time here, definitely not our last. 😋🥩“

“We came by after the Rodeo. The place was packed but the atmosphere was fun so the time passed quickly for us to get a table. Prime Rib and Ribeye. We asked for rare, we got rare. Yum Yum.“

“Such a cool place! I admit I'm a bit biased because I grew up in this area starting in 1994 and would ride my bike to Fred's on the back roads to get some iced tea. I had 3 cups of that tea on this trip and it was exactly the same. I moved from the area in about 2003 and had been to Fred's one time since then for a reunion. This place is still around for a reason.
I order the fried veggies sampler as an appetizer and the western cheese burger.
Fried veggies were home made from scratch. Sliced zucchini, cut couloflower, whole mushrooms and onion rings all hand battered and deep fried. Very good. Almost didn't get to take a picture.
1/2 lb western burger was good. Burger was cooked perfect with bacon and onion rings topped with BBQ sauce. It was very good. Plenty of crispy fries came with it.
Biggest surprise was the service. Now its a bit off the beaten path so when I showed up and saw 20-30 motorcycles parked I figured it would take a few minutes to get served. Nope! Had my food in 20 min easy. Very well ran establishment and everyone was very nice.“

“I brought clients from out of town here for a business dinner because I wanted them to experience authentic Southwestern dining, and this was definitely a great choice. The atmosphere was perfect for hosting guests, and the steaks were absolutely delicious. Our server made the experience even better by sharing a little of the restaurant's history, which was a thoughtful touch and gave us a greater appreciation for the place. The sides were good but fairly average. The beans were excellent and one of the highlights of the meal. The only disappointment was the complimentary bread. It wasn't very appealing and would have been much better if it had been served warm or lightly toasted. Overall, we had a great experience, and I would definitely come back. With a little improvement to the bread service, this restaurant would be even better.“

“Really great experience all around. The atmosphere was nice and comfortable, and the service was friendly from start to finish. The steaks stood out the most—we had the filet mignon and it was super tender and full of flavor. We also tried the chicken enchilada with sour cream sauce, which came with beans and rice and was really satisfying. The bean burrito was simple but delicious too. Overall, just a solid meal that hit the spot and we really enjoyed it.“

“First time here. Food, service and atmosphere were good! Came for lunch at 11:45 on a Monday. Had to wait a few minutes for someone to come up front and acknowledge us and seat us, but after that everything was quick! If your trying to escape the heat, come here! They keep the place nice and chilly!“

“We could taste the love in the baby back ribs and half chicken. Our table was in view of the Grill Master who moved like a ballet dancer as he tended the tender meats. Seriously, honestly delicious meat, light spice to the savory beans, buttery Texas toast and baked potato that stays loaded down to the skin. Jose gave charming and attentive service, and brought us a complimentary birthday mousse. We didn't save room for the dessert but it was so velvety and luxe we ate every bite. We were a bit disappointed in all the one dollar bills covering the walls until we realized Daisy Mae donates these to a charity! It's win-win all around.“

“Went with my wife last Sunday- thinking that the prices promise equal or higher value in return (the secret of successful business). The beans were served in a big bowl 15 minutes before the steak- with one spoon. Don't know if they were supposed to be consumed with the steak? or before? So, we shared the spoon and the beans before the steaks arrived. I had T-Bone priced 48.00! Supposed to be 1 pound according to the menu. On arrival, it was paper thin! - for sure about half of a pound- if that. I have to say "hats up to the cook"! I could never cook a piece that thin to medium rare, but he did! About the ambience that looks attractive at first glance: 10 little kids running around screaming the whole time while we were trying to enjoy a fairly high priced dinner that did not meet our expectation of price = value (at least) at all. The place is very well staffed- they just have to figure out how to spread more evenly to serve their guests more sufficiently. Three people showing up at the table within 3 minutes for the same purpose- and then 20 minutes of no service. All of that after a "family business" has been there for generations? Come on!“

“Wasn't sure what to expect, but was met with an upper level dining experience without a stuffy environment. The staff was kind, welcoming and warm. They were knowledgeable about the menu and attentive. The lobster bisque was delicious, especially when the house sour bread dipped in! The steaks were tender, and the seafood was fresh and prepared to perfection.“

“Everything was sooo delicious 😋❤️ the prices are fair too 😎 i am glad its a small menu because it was easy to pick something out 😎 the staff are soo friendly and helpful 😃 there is big signs directing you to the restaurant but the restaurant is in the middle of the casino so you do have to walk aways from the main doors .“

“So I had heard since I moved back here in 22 tod El corral wasn't the place it used to be. Friend and I went there for dinner recently. Service was warm. Friendly food was great. The prime rib was excellent. The decor is a bit outdated, but some probably tell you that's what they're attracted to.“

“Stopped here on overnight stay. Great atmosphere, our waitress (Day) was great and always smiling. The bar drinks ( old fashioned ) by bartender (Wade) were great according to my wife, I had tea with my steak. The decor speaks for itself. Don’t have one of these in El Paso,Tx maybe we should! Hint Hint 😬David“
