I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience at La Hacienda del Sol Grill was so unacceptable it needs to be shared.
We were in Tucson staying at the Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa for a large company event and chose this restaurant for a special birthday dinner, even canceling our reservation at Sullivan’s Steakhouse because of the view and past positive experiences.

I cannot express how disappointed I am in the staff and management team at Terraza Bar - apart of Hacienda del Sol.
I called on 1/20 to make a reservation for 7 guests for 1/22 at 5:30pm. They said, no problem. Made the reservation. I gave them my card to have on file for them to charge in case of cancellation. My RSVP went up, so I called on 1/21 to adjust that reservation to 15 people. I was placed on hold while the hostess connected with the manager on duty. She said,...read full review
