It would be enough that i appreciate getting to enjoy a lot of Mexican/latino classic dishes as a vegetarian. But it goes beyond that- there's a care for flavor and quality that you can taste. My only problem with this place is that i have to make a decision on what to order 😆 (a 'good problem to have', as they say, and one that i dont have at most places). The cashier, red hair, recommended the jack fruit el pastor burrito with extra pineapple. I should have tipped more. It was amazing and I'm a carnivore. Definitely drive down from Tempe for lunch again.
