“We enjoy The Rattler more than most any other restaurant in Tucson because the food is always wonderful, reasonably priced and the views of the green golf course, pond and mountains so peaceful and beautiful. We absolutely love the BBQ ribs. Their fries, onion rings and the fresh vegetables are great! There is so much food, we nearly always take home a box. Breakfast is delicious too!”

“BUGS BUGS BUGS! Me and my Husband came in here June 08th 2024 for Dinner, the Atmosphere is terrible... They sat us by the bathroom first off when there was other seats and my potatoes salad had flies in it.... My Husband's potatoes salad had flies in it they were mixed into THE SALAD! these were already in it then when they made our food. Absolutely disgusting and they served us this with out even checking the food? That tells you exactly how much these people care about there customers. No discounts, no anything just here is new potatoes salad and have a nice night basically.... Terrible service, disgusting place full of flies. We will never eat here again, and I do not recommend this place to anyone until they figure out there bug problem and how to treat customers right. Absolutely disgusting... It's your guys job to quality check food make sure it does not CONTAIN BUGS. I paid $61.00 for eating bugs..... this is a disgrace of a restaurant!”

“For service if I could do a 3.5 I would. Both me and my friend ordered drinks, and they didn't give it to us until we told them that we ordered drinks. They even had the receipt they could js look, see if there's a drink, and gave us a cup. But they decided not to”

“I probably go to this Subway once a week. Everything is always pretty consistent. They have employee turnover over time, but that isn't unusual in anything customer service. All of their hires are always so friendly. I love this Subway!

And I just want to show the picture of this beautiful frappe they gave me which they gave it to me how I asked in a larger cup was extra whipped cream and extra caramel on the top they made it perfect to order and exactly what I paid for and better. Just a lot of times people don't get it correctly they were like you know Bon Appetit perfect”

“The most delicious food. I highly recommend you do take out though. We have been ordering take out from here for years. I wanted my sister and her family to see how delicious it is, so we dined in, and the experience was not good. The owner was rude multiple times. Maybe it’s because we went in 45 minutes before they closed, or maybe it’s because we have kids, but an owner should make customers feel welcomed so they want to come back.”

“We’ve been here a couple times and both were great. Food was really fresh and tasted phenomenal, staff was super friendly and helpful. Atmosphere is really cool, esp if you’re a “car guy” like our son lol. He also had fun with the pinball machines.

This is kind of a hidden gem honestly. Lots of love and care in this restaurant. I wish they had a little more on their website about their owners and history because they’re such a cool and unique local spot.”

“We ate in the outside area and our table was where the rain could hit but we were moved to a better table very quickly when it started to rain to the area that had covering. The heaters were working well which was nice. The service by Jorge was very good. The Cadillac margarita is delicious and my short rib machaca bowl was very good. The meat was tender and the taste was very good.”
