Cute little place right out of the 70's. Clean and modestly decorated.I came in for breakfast a few times and both times it was very good. This place is nothing fancy, but it does the job at a reasonable price. Also, I appreciate a mature server. I went with the pork green chili skillet since the server told me that the chicken fried steak was frozen. It was a good choice, I would get that again.
Last time I was here it was "Brenda's Cafe (years ago). At that time it was okay, nothing special. A hole-in-the wall Facility, very much a hometown cafe, open from 6am to 2pm, some days open till 7pm. The only difference I see now is (obviously) the prices have increased. We had breakfast mid-morning and staff was nice and cordial - came across as very attentive. Food was tasty, a couple entrees under $10.⁰⁰, coffee $2.⁶⁰. Great little breakfast/lunch spot! Extremely clean, customer service was outstanding and friendly even though the place was busy! Food was good ...... its just kills me to spend $35 for 2 breakfast but I don't do it everyday !
