A new building so it's still looks clean. My two favorites are the Tutkey Market Fresh sandwich which is always on fresh whole-grain bread (way better than any sun shop); and here's a surprise: their Traditional Greek Gyro is better than any Greek storefront in Tempe.

It's Arby's, the staff isn't rude but can be slightly brusque and awkward. The building has seen better days but feels pretty clean. The food is fine and a step above most fastfood, and though it could use some vegetables, that's just how the chain is rather than a statement about the location itself. The place is quiet. Staff was polite. usually their service is great. this time,I asked if both orders were together, was told 'yes'. it was only the first order. the chicken was horrible, burnt buns,burnt chicken, the lettuce looked nothing like the picture. if you concentrated and stared for awhile, you may see lettuce.
