I love Dutch bros, but the customers service is not the greatest. They have a line and people are just standing around. It take 25 mins to get my order to get taken and receive my order.
Always great customer service like always. Lines always long but a plus if it's short you get right in and out l. Try the Golden eagle whipped topping extra caramel drizzle or Flap Jack Mocha with soft top

My first visit to the place and I really liked it, because despite being a work team of no more than 5 people (from what I could tell) they serve very well, fast, they are efficient, friendly, I loved it! Even when they are busy, they take the time to chat for a moment without neglecting their work as long as you leave the place satisfied and with a smile.
