Great burgers and fries! Hot and fast! Sandra helped us when we had a problem using the app and was so nice! I thought I hadn't received a credit for points I used and she gave me a card for free food to compensate without batting an eye! Smiling, courteous and professional! People like her work hard to make the world around them better! Keep Sandra! My husband said, "Pay her more money!"
I don't know? I've always liked Jack in the crack food, service and atmosphere has been very pleasant except for the restrooms my goodness men's smelled like urine My wife says woman's restroom is always clean thank you for that my daughter's appreciate it and the lobby just needs a little more attention sorry no photos next time I'll snap a few.

Everything was fine it just I had to wait for them to cook the hamburger that I wish apparently they either had to run on them or they're cooked just didn't decide to cook any and I can understand not liking cold hamburgers but having to pull around up front so that they can keep running people through the register and making money and me sitting there waiting so you just you think that they could have came up with a better plan than the one that they're currently using
