“The staff at the Yuma foothills location are very rude everytime I come in to order. They complain about making sandwiches and tell customers the sandwiches that are ordered are not available. They also shut down the store at least 20 minutes before closing. They have attitudes when customers come in to order before their closing time of 9 pm. I was told after he huffed at me, "Im trying to get out of here its Saturday". This was 20 minutes before they closed. He proceeded to call me names and be rude while making my 3 sandwiches.I have contacted the manager before regarding the rudeness of the staff to no avail. I would not recommend this location.“

“As with all subway everything was delicious and consistent you can go to any of them and get the same thing exactly right, I must say the young lady who helped me was so nice just talking with her made my day being from out of town that was great“

“Huge rave to Patricia L. She's such a sweet lady and is super attentive. She always takes the best care of us whenever we go in. I really enjoy our conversations we have while shes making my sandwich. She makes the store have a very welcoming and homey feeling. Sandwiches are always a 10/10 when she makes them!“

“The customer service here was top-tier. We were treated with so much kindness and support. We definitely appreciate and will be back very soon. Both ladies that work were extremely polite and helped us through the whole process. We ordered mini sandwiches and they were happy to help us thank you very much if I can get more than five stars I would.“

“Was craving Subway, glad I stopped in for lunch. The line was very long but the employee ,Nasim was handling the line and keeping the line going in a timley manner. I was unsure of what I wanted but he helped me pick out my sandwich while being professional and polite. He makes a great sandwich . Thanks!“

“Got the Hook and Ladder without mustard. It was DELICIOUS! I've eaten at Firehouse before but this one was the best! We were passing through Yuma and it was out of the way but I had a coupon so we went. How happy we are that we did! In fact, we're planning to go back the next time we're in Yuma.“
