“Warm Greeting during social hour. Spectacular smoke show presenting the chef Eddie old fashioned. Phenomenal Seared Ahi hors d'oeuvre. Tender of the bar Sara arrived and prepared a delightfully fresh white linen. She offered pleasant family oriented conversation. I cannot wait for the opportunity to bring my wife to Wednesday night "Girl Dinner". Once social hour wrapped up and my steak order was placed, Sara offered a surly Cabernet pairing. “We were celebrating my husband's birthday. We had the French onion soup and the bruschetta duo (tomato and also sauteed mushrooms with sherry cream) to start. Then our main courses were the braised short ribs (in a rich red wine sauce with veggies and garlic mashed potatoes) and the veal piccata (topped with lemon, butter and capers on a bed of pasta). For dessert we ordered the carrot cake (was three levels and largest piece I have ever seen) and a dish of berry ice cream with berries. Our sever Jasmine also brought a slice of cheesecake with a candle (from the restaurant) and we all sang Happy Birthday. It was special. All of the food was wonderful. Couldn't wait to take the next bite. Jasmine was so personable and always smiling and checking on us. My only criticism (which some will like) is we found the room a bit dark. Can't wait until next time.“
