My wife and I were invited here by a friend of ours. It was our first time coming to The Crossing. The wings, which we got as an appetizer, were delicious... well seasoned and hot. I had the Garlic Butter Ribeye steak with fully loaded baked potato and steamed broccoli. The steak was tender, juicy, and delicious! I thoroughly enjoyed every bite. 😋 My wife had the Peach Habanero Broiled Tilapia, which comes with rice and sautéed vegies. The fish was broiled to perfection, but...
I ordered the double bacon cheese burger medium well done. It came out medium rare. Just the outside about 1/8 of a inch with the inner patty raw. The fries were ok but could have stood either a little longer cook time or maybe a little higher temperature. There was no crisp to the fries. Our waitress was very good and we had no wait time to get a table. We may try them again sometime in the future but I will definitely order my burger well done and the fries extra crispy.
