It has been a couple years since we ordered from Papa John’s. We ordered the pizza with extra cheese and it was clearly missed by the cook. Overall the pizza wasn’t very good, definitely not as good as I remember. Boston Pizza, Dominos and Panago are better.
I've never had a problem with service - but I tip well when I order. The pizza has gone downhill since it opened. It is lacking toppings. $44 for deliver/tip on one large pizza. I'm done ordering from here...

From communication on getting information, getting pricing, getting invoice before hand to delivering the orders they were just fantastic.
