Very rude staff , ordered cheese pizza to be picked up for 5:00 , while waiting a guy comes up and says all order will not be ready for another 35 minutes, I asked I ordered an hour ago , he still says 35 minutes, without any explanation

Ordered pizza from here today and asked for extra cheese and is basically cheeseless asked for few dips and only got one called to complain got put on hold for 7 minutes then i hung up pizza is not great recommend you go

COLD PIZZA! Delivered on the hip of the delivery person. There was no protection (insulated bag) to keep it warm, just his hip. Next to nothing on it and I ordered two extra toppings! Border House Slice Pizza! Don’t do it! Order from someone else! Worst Pizza I have ever tried to eat!

We recently used them for our school PAC hot lunch at South Poplar Elementary. Both Pratik and Ajay were amazing. From communication on getting information, getting pricing, getting invoice before hand to delivering the orders they were just fantastic. Everything was delivered on time and was organized so well in different bags with each bag labeled with what was inside, each box inside individually marked and accurate, which our parent volunteers truly appreciated as it absolutely helped us get the orders sorted and out to our kids on time. They are reasonably priced and they even offered to stay and help with our hot lunch. Most importantly, our kids loved the pizza, the size and the taste were just perfect... Thank you again to Pratik, Ajay and their team for making our hot lunch a success!! I would absolutely recommend them...

It has been a couple years since we ordered from Papa John’s. We ordered the pizza with extra cheese and it was clearly missed by the cook. Overall the pizza wasn’t very good, definitely not as good as I remember. Boston Pizza, Dominos and Panago are better.

I've never had a problem with service - but I tip well when I order. The pizza has gone downhill since it opened. It is lacking toppings. $44 for deliver/tip on one large pizza. I'm done ordering from here...
Was enjoying their pizza, however, their pizza significantly went up in price by $5.00 and when I asked about it the man said he would ask and then the woman on shift today wearing round glasses, younger, waved her hands and said just ignore her (me). Found this quite rude and unprofessional. Won't be returning to this location and we were going a few times per week.
