I had chai lattee , generally not a fan of chai but tried this with a friend and we sat outside at the patio as the Blenz seating was occupied!It’s good but I felt the customer service is a bit rude , I generally don’t write any negative reviews coz I respect the service but the person was a bit rude , the seating was occupied and there was a glass and I really couldn’t hear what she was saying and Vice versa!Since it’s our first time , I was asking questions about the creamer and sugar and all the time she was like “what” , “yeah” !!I would like to review the chai latte , it’s refreshing with a notes of cinnamon added to it !

Blenz at Metrotown handed out free drink coupons to my entire team that were valid until March 22 2024. When going in to redeem the coupon they informed me that it was a printing error and they would not be honouring it as that is “what corporate instructed them to do”. As somebody who runs a business, in the same mall as them, it is insanity to me that they would not honour the coupons they handed out. I would suggest they proof read their own marketing beforehand. I’ll assure the rest of my team also reviews one star ratings as they will be disappointed since this was hyped up by blenz.

It hasn’t even been that long since the new owner came in and this location has already gone downhill. This man needs to do better and appreciate the customers who are coming in and giving this Blenz location business rather than giving attitude and stomping all over them. I think his name is Ben and if it is he should know better. BRING BACK THE OLD OWNER!!! Not getting a dollar out of me anymore just lost a customer.

The Winners location has a new management (Ben) who printed out a promo and handed out, then refused to honor it, saying they printed the wrong date! If you advertise something to attract people, then you should honor it, and own up to your mistakes.

0 star because the owner was very rude. I was sitting waiting for my client when he approached me and said that the tables are only for customers. I told him that I will order once my clients are here. He said, "order first and then you sit. People are looking for tables." I left and saw my clients in the line, and told them what just happened. They were also disappointed so we went to Tim Horton's instead. I will never ever support this location ever again.

North West Box Breaks

Came to metro town, went to a table to put our jackets and shirts in our backpack. We just came from the cold and the train. Girl comes around, asks if we want anything to drink. I said not at the moment because I didn’t know what I wanted while I was zipping up my bag. She says this table is for customers. I said, well I’m putting my stuff in my bag, is this a problem? Since several seats were still available and it didn’t appear to be a problem. She says no it’s fine but my boss is watching. Well, due to that, it was kind of off putting since it was pre determined that I wasn’t going to be a customer based on the assumption it was for customers. I’ll have to check with each establishment prior to packing my back if I have to purchase something first before I can use a table to pack my bag. Or if I can get comfortable, then order. Well, I guess intimately they were right, I decided not to get a beverage and snack there due to this. I’m sure they may have problems with vagrants, but I don’t look or appear to be a vagrant. Good job on lost business.

can someone retrain the workers on how to fill a basic cup of coffee? Seriously. it shouldnt be spilling out as im walking. coffee tastes STALE and trashie! and customer service is sooo slow and judgemental. thanks for wasting my time, money and energy.

They are the rudest people I have encountered. I wanted to get a cheese scone. It was so dry and obviously old as it was rock hard on the sides. I told them that I found it inedible. Instead of taking it back and giving me something else they said too bad it was delivered that day so I can not believe that was their Response. I really Do not recommend this location. I have been to other Blenz. So much better. DON’T EVER go to the Blenz at Metrotown in the first floor. They SUCK big time

Not even a minute of sitting down, just to get ourselves settled. The girl with a chunky cheeks, ponytail and red lipstick came to me and told me the seats are for customers only. Couldn't even wait for us to get settled. The way she also said it was not fitting to be in a customer service. But the other two girls with her was very good. Anyways, got my drink for matcha latte, couldn't even taste matcha, that's $7 down the drain. I didn't bother to stay in such a place. I would also advise people to stay away. There's another blenz inside the mall, a little bit of walk but service and drinks are better. I recommend going there instead. I would also advise corporate or the owners regarding that lady to be trained again.

I was waiting for a friend and we’re just put our bags on the side table to have a quick chat and the manager immediately walked over, started dusting the table and told us to remove our bags. Previously he had also instructed me to leave after I had just sat down without purchasing a coffee. That’s quite an OCD behavior.Sounds like a hell of a manager to work under, and I felt bad for the staff. I will never support this business for this behaviour. (yes, go make an excuse in the response).

Rude.Sat down to wait for my client to arrive and have a coffee. Manager approached me within 1 minute of sitting down and told me I had to order immediately or leave.I explained I was waiting for my client to order together, as I was paying and he demanded I “pay or leave”.Blown away. I hate to give Starbucks business, but this is not how you treat customers.
