I spilled my drink at Blenz today. The place was slammed, but the Asian Male barista was still able to get me a mop to wipe it up while balancing everyone's orders, insisted on cleaning it up themselves which I refused, and gave me a replacement drink without me even asking.By far the best customer service I've ever gotten. Thanks to them so much!!
Since I always order a Matchachillo at Metrotown's Blenz Coffee in front of Winners, I really liked this coffee store. However, today, I ordered the same drink but there was something wrong with it. There were bits of plastic pieces in the drink and was confused on what it was. It was until I reached the end of the drink that there was actually a whole. Plastic. Lid. In my cup. Blended.
