Since when burger king tastes so bad? I have been on a diey for months, and today I want to have a good meal so I choose burger king. Now they are serving burned burger and bad taste.

As per the rule of Burger King they provide refill for drinks but when I asked them for refill they denied stating there is no such rules!!!!! as per the company rules every Burger King should provide refill for customers.

Had 18 min before I had to leave. Ordered only small fries when there was only two people/orders ahead of mine in line. 10 minutes went by.. still no fries.. so I walked to the end of the food court to go to the washroom, thinking it will be done by the time I finish and get back. I walk back, still no fries. But I saw 3 orders of fries being given out to people who had ordered after me. So I asked the lady politely and she said “they’re making fresh fries” I said okay and waited. More time goes by and I say “it’s okay if it’s not fresh! Anything you have is fine” as I had a long day and hadn’t had a lot to eat so didn’t mind about the quality. Then she said “we don’t have fries so it will be another 5 min”?? Thing is ppl were getting fries who ordered after me so I was just a bit confused. Everyone was moving at a slow pace. I ended up having to leave before I got any fries because of the wait. Didn’t know I had to reserve 20 + minutes for mediocre fries, guess I know to choose the other chains next time.

No mayo to the fries. I ordered fries depends on the mayo. The cashier said they have mayo. At the pick up, the another guy said no mayo and he is not allowed to give from the kitchen. Dear management, why is that?
