Hula Poke is my go-to place for lunch. I appreciate their healthy ingredients and I'm sure it's definitely the best meal in the food court. Most restaurants just buy commercially available sauces, but this Hula Poke uses healthy, gluten-free ingredients and makes all the sauces directly in the kitchen, giving it a very unique and fantastic taste. As someone with Celia's disease, it can be hard to find a place to eat that's GF. Hula was great at answering my questions. I had the yuzo bowl with rice base and spicy sauce on top and it was delicious! Highly recommend if you're gluten free.
