Terrible food quality. Bad service. I orders ăn fried noodle with sliced pork bean sprouts. There was basically only noodle in my plate and I called up the server and they explained to me no supplier deliver ingredients to them. I was shocked by that non sense answers. Highly not recommended.

Friendly staff and clean space. I feel the food is way too over seasoned and overly sauced. I used to enjoy their HK style milk tea but it is not the same anymore. ?

Authentic Hong Kong style cafe. This restaurant is run by HongKongers. They have a selection of Hong Kong style dishes. I like their Hong Kong style milk tea, noodles and snacks. The restaurant is nice & clean and waiters are very friendly and attentive. A very nice Hong Kong style restaurant. I will definitely visit again!

Pretty standard HK cafe food…. Maybe a little more pricey than I’m accustomed to in Richmond but solid nonetheless. The atmosphere is quite nice though and the service was surprisingly really good.

I use to come here often with friends. Food was okay, decent. But there was this one incident where they served my friends and I our foods except our one friend. We of course waited because it's rude to eat without everyone. After a while, we ended up asking them where our friend's food was, they had completely forgot and didn't apologize. Time still passed and they didn't bring his food. When it came down to leaving, they waitress demanded that our friend pay for his bill even though he didn't even get served. The whole ordeal ended up becoming an argument where the waitress was blaming that it was busy. I understand we are all human and mistakes happen but you have to own up to your mistakes, it's not our fault and she didn't even apologized. The supervisor on site didn't even acknowledge the incident. This place just pass blame onto it's customers and it's just not a place we want to associate with anymore.

Typical Hong Kong style cafe. Food is good and service is good too. Even though they only accept cash or debit payment, I go there regularly. Love to order their egg bubble waffles. Fresh and tasty.

Delicious rib-sticking grub in a comfortable setting with uber friendly staff. Someone in the kitchen here cares about quality. Sirloin is usually a tough cut of meat but here the serving was wonderfully tender. The curry beef is also tender with a punchy flavour. The Chiu Chow oyster congee was a revelation. Never had this before. Oysters tender (not dry or rubbery), congee creamy, minced pork tasty, celery/cilantro a crispy counterpoint. Will come back to try that dish again. Finally, like the way there are unique health conscious options in the menu.

Came here for dinner on a Thursday night from a suggestion of a friend. Ordered their dinner special with 3 choices of dishes. We had black cod, sweet and sour pork, and fish soap. The dishes are not too big but for $39.99 plus drinks, it's tough to beat. The dishes are all flavorful and pretty good. Since we had 4 people, also ordered their morning glory with garlic and a spaghetti with meat sauce. Both very well done. Wait staff is very nice. Bonus that there is a small private lot, entrance off Nelson south of Hazel. Also lots of metered parking around the block

Delicious restaurant. Had classic Cantonese dish - claypot rice, curry fishball, brown sugar milk tea with brown sugar. I recommend.

Great food and great service there always. It’s one of our favourite places to dine. Close to Metrotown, parking is easy to find.

I wanted to provide a review for this restaurant as this place is not as bad as the reviews say it is! Specifically though, I came here for the hand squeezed fish noodles and that's what I'd recommend here. Basa Fish Fillet Rice Noodles in Sichuan Spicy Soup with Hand Squeezed Fish Noodles (4/5) - $14.99 + $3.99 (upgrade to fish noodles) Taste: I was extremely attracted to the idea of fish noodles - who loves carbs that's actually protein??? I do! The soup base was extremely spicy & oily - if you can't handle your spice I'd suggest asking them for a milder version. Overall, I loved the bouncy fish noodles, with the basa fish and spicy broth. Every bite tasted delicious, but did get more intensively spicier by the time I neared the end! Portion Size: Large portion for 1, could share between 2 people on a smaller appetite [Value for Money] On the pricier side for a bowl of noodles, but unique place to try fish noodles. Other non-spicy soup bases are available as well.

Cattle Cafe is a wonderful restaurant, though not as well known. With a very pleasant environment and attentive staff, eating here with family or friends makes for a pleasant experience. This is actually a restaurant that offers ample variety of flavourful non alcoholic beverages and delightful dishes that would suit most taste preferences. This unassuming restaurant is worth a try for an Asian/Taiwan style meal.

Went there for dine-in lunch for the first time since the pandemic (we've ordered for takeout). Checking vaccine passports was fast and straightforward. They have streamlined their menu quite substantially but the two dishes we ordered tasted good. Service was not bad too.
