Ordered the tomato soup with frog legs, yuba bean curd pouches, octopus, konjac bundles, and thick vermicelli. Pay by weight Chinese style hot pot wherein you grab a clear bowl and tongs then add veggies, meat, and noodles to your bowl until you’re satisfied. The veggies looks very fresh and everything was in separate containers for easy retrieval. The delicious Zhangliang Malatang. We ordered the spicy mix. I still recommend the Malatang with soup, otherwise it will be a bit salty. I still recommend the Malatang with soup, but the taste is very good and delicious.
