Quite decent beef noodle soup at the Crystal mall food court. I ordered a beef noodle soup and the lady asked if I wanted to add braised egg or tofu as a side for extra $1 and I said yes. Little did I know that it is just one piece of tofu. The beef broth is flavorful and not too salty. The noodle texture is not to soft and the beef is very tender. I got the original crepe for lunch. I think it's a bit too salty and the crispy inserts tasted old. Overall it's pretty average for food court food. But it took almost 30 mins to get my order and it wasn't busy, there was only one person before me. So I hope they can improve their operations.
