We come here every once in a while and it's hit or miss, getting consistently worse. The last time we came it was pretty bad (Saturday afternoon). Ordered a smoothie. It was WAY too sweet and liquid. Not the amazing thick smoothie you're supposed to get. The guy working was also miserable. No smiles, no please or thank you, not even a single word.
Nothing but delicious and there was only one guy behind the counter and he had a non-stop line up but served everyone there professionally and courteously and made the favourite DQ treats for my family and me...I tried something new and it was AMAZING...Well done sir even though I don't know your name :-)

There’s a fella that works here most of the time, or at least he seems to be there when I go, and he’s pretty bad at the whole customer service thing. Sort of just stares at you judgementally as you order and mumbles when he speaks, never smiles or says thank you. He also makes the blizzards so that all the toppings are on the top, so the bottom third or sometimes half of the blizzard is just plain vanilla ice cream. I have never received them like this at other locations...read full review
