No good. Ordered Buddha satay, the noodle was too hard. Should have boiled it longer. They used to be better than this like… 2years ago… I liked it a lot back then! what happened to them? The price is now also way higher but no taste? I don’t think I would order foods here again.

I love freshii! Normally I've had great experiences at whatever location.I am disappointed with today's visit after spending over $20 on the Oaxaca bowl with add ons (cabbage chicken cilantro red onions and a side of firey BBQ sauce) I take it back to enjoy at work to find half of the main ingredients missing, and the sauce I paid extra for was not even full.

I just picked up a 19 item order (I was ordering lunch for a work luncheon) and Jas was so helpful. She went through the order with me to make sure everything was there and she also helped me bring it out to my car. Wonderful service and great food. Thank you so much!

I really liked Freshii but for the last few month their topping servings have been very stingy. I even paid for extra toppings and the bowl was still half full and mostly rice. I probably won't be buying there any more if it's going to cost me $14 for a bowl of rice.

Ordered the Buddha bowl, menu didn’t mention that their peanut-based satay sauce had coconut milk mixed in. I’m allergic to coconut and asked for compensation on the replacement bowl. She charged me full price for the replacement bowl.

My experience has been that this Freshii franchise is consistently stingy with ingredients other than rice, in their burritos. They consistently put the least amount of beans in their burritos, of all the Freshiis at which I’ve eaten, in the entire Lower Mainland. They basically just serve a small burrito filled with rice. This even applies when I order more black beans in my order (in-person and on the app). I just can’t justify spending my money at this location anymore.
It’s an awesome vegan/gluten free option, it is really satisfying

The saddest pangoa bowl I’ve ever had.Freshii is usually great, I get lots of great tasting vegetarian options and it doesn’t break the bank. But this location put so little toppings on my bowl today that it looked sad before it was mixed in. If you want a freshii bowl just go to another location.

Quick meal during our GWRRA Meetup. Service was prompt and friendly. Order the Buddha’s Satay bowl and it hit the spot. With lots veggies, bit of noodles and some chicken protein, it was a healthy alternative to A&W next door.
