Have BOGO promotion on Uber Eats, placed a pre-order 3 hours ahead for 4 but only 2 came. They did processed the refund but did not provide a reason why the order was missing, didn't offer to make it up. Makes me think it's a bait and switch promotion.
This is not a great value at all for the price that you pay. I was expecting a light and fluffy tempura batter but it is dense and oil is overfried (not fresh). I ordered the salmon tempura set and the salmon was way overcooked. It comes with a side of mapo tofu or something and it was the most horrible thing that I have tasted (with numbing spices). I definitely won’t be coming back and expected more for a $21.50 meal.

Soggy tempura, not fresh, cold. I had dine in (not take out), sauce came on the side, yet tempura was soggy and batter done poorly. I have a small appetite and while I wasn't hungry after the meal, I didn't feel satisfied. Portion size is small. Trust the low review ratings. I gave 2 stars for the tempura onsen egg which went well with the rice and sauce on the side was decent. Will not return.
