The wait times are more than 30 mins here. Ordered 2 times both times wait times are more than 30 mins. The fries are always soggy and cold . The chicken is always dry and cold. The food is not eatable at all and its waste of money. Would not recomend anyone to eat here.

I ordered box for one, in which I got 2 drumsticks, 1 breast, poutine and a few chicken popcorn. My experience here was really bad, if I could rate it I would have rated it in negative. Chicken was stinky, not fresh and oily af, I could only take bite of the chicken bcoz of kurkure otherwise I felt like I was going to puke. Poutine was edible though.

My body hurts, I feel sick and today I can't even get out of bed. I am an Uber driver. I went to order, but at first they said the food was not ready. You have to wait five minutes until the chickens are cooked. It was not enough, I waited another ten minutes, wait one more time, it was very cold and the shop door was closed, I asked them to open the door several times, they said it was the door of the restaurant. From now on it's closed, we only serve through the window, only five more minutes of food. it is ready. I waited for my order for nearly forty minutes in the extreme cold. The workers there are so rude and irresponsible that they didn't even give me a simple apology. What should I do to get my right from them? It made me sick and I had to stay home and away from work for a few days. I had to work all day this week to pay my rent. If anyone who reads this text knows how and where to complain about this restaurant. please guide me

KFC never fails to deliver a finger-lickin' experience, and my recent visit was no exception. The Original Recipe Chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside – a true delight for the taste buds. The sides, especially the mashed potatoes and gravy, added a comforting touch to the meal. The service was prompt, and the staff was friendly. KFC continues to be my go-to for a satisfying and flavorful fast-food fix. Highly recommended

Nikita a employee is really very rude and doesn’t know how to talk, apart being rude with the customers, she’s too egoistic and doesn’t even know how to treat fresh employees. Horrible customer experience, the staff at the POS couldn’t handle the queues, back of house staff told me Black Friday BOGO bucket deal is available in store, ended up not the case. The manager in denial mode, without any explanation nor solution. Never go there again. Such a disgrace on KFC’s reputation and standard.
