The owner lady was a cheerful and customer-oriented person. She greeted us several times during our visit and took group photos for us. We had the Korean pork belly with scallion and hot sauce and a bibimbap hotpot (bulgogi beef included and comes on a separate plate). Food was high quality, homemade, and really authentic. I never knew fresh scallion can go with hot sauce. As the owner lady brought our food to the table, she described the proper way of serving, which we appreciated and felt we needed to learn more from her.

After asking for the bill and to go boxes for our left overs our waiter told us there were reservations. There were free tables for four and for 2 people. Felt like we were being told we were unwelcome especially given he hadn't even brought the bill yet, but already let them know we were waiting on them so we could leave. He literally said that after we said wanted to leave. As we asked for to to-go boxes and the bill. The server told us there was reservations waiting for our table. There was no one by the door, there was an empty table for two and an empty table four, and a single person. Clearly he was saying I know your done, I know your asked for the bill and are waiting for me but get out. We will not be going back there. I don't know why we were un welcome there. My only regret is I still left a tip. I rationalized t that maybe his manager told him he had to say it. In hind sight I feel foolish for leaving my tip. The food was fine though, the service was good except for me having to ask for a fork four times. I think the waiter was confused as the kids had forks but I needed on too. Won't be going back I don't recommend it.

I made reservations for 11 ppl on a Tuesday evening. Everyone wore masks and we were greeted by the owner (cute Korean lady). The restaurant is small but it wasn't super busy so we were happy. They have booths and tables so they split us in a booth of 7 and a table of 4 which was perfect. They have good parking right next to the restaurant too. It's pretty big! That was a huge plus. We ordered a variety of things such as the spicy white soup jampong undo, jajang udon, bossam, pork cutlet, soondoboo, kimchi fried rice. Everyone enjoyed their meals. I had the jampong. It was good but not spicy at all. I'm used to the traditional red soup jampong but this one uses a white broth base. It was still tasty. Perfect on a cold snowy night. It also had a big piece of crab, 1 shrimp, 2 big mussels and octopus pieces. 4/5 The bossam melts in your mouth! If you like pork, you should definitely give this a try. Btw this is a sharing plate. The portion was big. I shared this with 4 girls and we couldn't finish it. 5/5 Overall, I recommend this place! Definitely worth a visit.

To me, the best Korean restaurant in Burnaby! Their seafood pancake is a must try! Everything is super good ?You never can go wrong with this place if you crave Korean dishes ?

Food is decent. A bit pricey for the portions but it's alright. Their seafood pancake is pretty good. Their kimchi stew is consistently flavourful but lacks..well everything except broth. More veggies and more substance would be better. At least it comes w side dishes though! Their tteokbokki is pretty delicious but the portions are def small for the price you pay. - another star bc i had placed an order well before their closing time. I arrived only to find that they closed early and took my payment. The next day I did receive a refund but there was zero communication as to the fact that they had closed early and I drove there for nothing. This is a last resort late night korean place for me personally.

Had the Mapa Chicken and the Dumpling. Had a late night craving. The Dumpling wasn't bad. However, the mapa chicken wasn't really what I was expecting. The sauce they gave me (since I ordered take out) had a mustard/wasabi taste to it, which wasn't put in the description as it only said peanut butter sauce. The chicken was also not really crispy anymore unfortunately as I arrived around the 15 minute mark as the lady told me it would be ready in 15 minutes. Hopefully...I get more outta this place in the future!

Came here with some friends, had the fried chicken and soup and a few other dishes. The price point seems on the higher and price side but the dishes were all very good and well done. Staff that day was not the usual so I heard they are usually friendlier. Today's staff was not as friendly.

Ordered today. Not worth what I paid for.Super small portion. If you want 20 pieces of overcooked, tasteless and super dried popcorn chicken for 30.99, just go for it!

Waited 15 minutes at the table and didn’t receive the menu or water. I also raised my hand twice and the waiter clearly saw me but ignored our table

Food is always good here, nothing special, but the service can be hit-or-miss. If you don't tip prepared to be publicly shamed by the waiter/waitress.This visit I got boneless fried chicken along with cheese corn.
