I recently tried the pulled pork poutine at New York Fries, and it was fantastic! The fries were tasty, and the pulled pork was tender and flavorful. It was my first time experiencing New York Fries, and I really enjoyed it. I'm already looking forward to coming back to try the classic poutine and those classic hotdogs.

I went there before two weeks ago, the short girl in black T-shirts at the cash desk ,she was so rude ,don’t know how to talk with customer, please send her for training, how to welcome and respect customers.

I was very disappointed with my visit to New York Fries today. I ordered a poutine, expecting to get the classic combination of fries, cheese curds, and gravy. Instead, I got fries with barely any cheese and little gravy. When I showed the staff my poutine, they showed me a small ice cream scooper that they used to measure cheese. She said it would be an additional $1.75 for more cheese but it didn't seem right since mine didn't have much to begin with.I didn’t finish my fries because it was tasteless with no cheese or gravy at the bottom. This was a waste of money and poor customer service. I will not be coming back to New York Fries anytime soon.

I've been a New York Fries friend since they opened in the 80s and 'm happy that they still have the same delicious flavour at a reasonable price. The staff at the 7 Oaks mall location were terrific: patient and pleasant. Needless to say I will be back again.

The place is usually crowded but the service is pretty fast and acurate.The fries are pretty good, crispy and delicious. The hot dog on the other hand was pretty simple, not the big deal.Food is good in general but not as amazing as I thought.

I came here today for my lunch as it was my first time and I just want to say thank you to the employees as I was in rush and didn’t get the chance to but they were really fast and nice and the supervisor had really good customer service!
