Zero sense of customer service , I asked a lady working(Jannett) over there to change her gloves after touching chicken because I am vegetarian she refused arrogantly . She was returning my money back but don't want to change gloves . Very bad example of a human being as well. She said this is the rule we don’t change our gloves for anything. When I asked her name, she said my name is jannett ; by the way I am manager; She has not any abilities who should have in a Manager. If she is manager she should know how to handle customer problems instead of arguing with customers. Even she was not in full uniform, I was shocked on that time how They are handling their business…It was worst experience. She should quit her job if she don't like to work in food court…..Vegetarian options: Please let your employees know plzz change the gloves for vegetarian customers

As far as Opa's go, this one was disappointing. Undercooked lamb, and there were carrots?? in the Greek salad.

You might not expect to eat calamari in a mall food court, but that's precisely what they sell here. Everything on the menu looked beautiful, so it took me a while to settle on what I wanted. I knew I couldn't go wrong with calamari, as it has been a favourite of mine ever since my parents took me out for Greek food when I was young. The chef fried the squid with grace and expertise. Despite a barrage of orders being submitted, he juggled the grill and deep fryer without difficulty. I watched as the gentleman sprinked precisely the correct amount of lemon juice and seasoning onto the fried squid by hand. Even without any measuring devices, he seasoned the calamari to deliciousness and perfection.I will definitely come back soon for a plate or 3 of more calamari!

This is one of the worst value for dollar foods. For $16 you get one measly skwer of your choice which would be considered kids portions anywhere else and the whole plate is taken with cheap fillers like rice, 4 pieces of bread and a giant piece of potato. $5 for extra skewers. That's over $21 that any other restaurants could be a dine in restaurant. I would never eat here again and anyone who wants decent portions of protein eat someplace else.

I am very disgusted as a fellow customer and bystander to watch a employee of this establishment. Sit and argue with a customer about whether or not how much ice they put into their fountain drink. The manager or owner sat and watched without asking the customer what was wrong. All the customer wanted was a refill of her drink and without a cup full of ice this time please. Instead she was told to prove it and then lauhed at her as she walked away. What happened to customer satisfaction. I'm surprised they even have 3.5 stars. This owner needs to get his staff a wake up call. Never giving this company my money again.

Service was fine but the beef for Donair was difficult to bite through as it is grisly and chunks not shaved. Probably worst I Donair ever had.

I like opa before I ordered wrap veg meal but I shocked they changed their fries than the portion of fries one more wrap can fit in the box then wrap was dried I saw they didn’t put any sauce inside it was just on tip for presentation means I wasted my $14 that’s why I am posting so that you guys can save your money they are increasing their revenue by cutting some portion from your meal they thought they can do thatThat’s so nice of them to thinkBut that’s so bad for business you are buying everything ready made you are not cooking much how much more you want to save?????????????????????????????????

Its good for a quick bite at the mall . Its like the greek version of MCDONALD'S here . I would suggest to add more vegetables to the salad wrap . I added some of the menu in the post pictures . I had falafel platter and salad warp.
