This one employee has no idea what she’s doing , they messed up the spices -mild is extra hot watch out . Way overly priced and the servings were stingy except for the rice which is totally unsalted . Been here twice same things happened .Bland not worth it . Avoid this location .

Oh my..! It was my first time at this restaurant and honestly, everything and everyone made me want to come back!The burrito I had was excellent and the staff was more than friendly. I asked them to taste a few sauces and they let me try them.Super food and quality, I'll definitely come back!

Ordered for pickup through the website for pickup. Called in to confirm my order, great customer service… But the food was atrocious, i can honestly say it was the worst burrito ive ever had in my life. Not only that but they only have two sizes, regular and large; both overpriced i got to say. I usually enjoy a medium-large burrito to myself; but i could not stomach eating more than half my “regular sized” burrito. Stale lettuce, stale and burnt chicken, it really cant be difficult to prepare fresh food prep throughout the day. I can confidently say I will be only be getting lunch burritos from Mucho from now on. Not only are their ingredients fresh, but their sauses taste good too. The food here's actually not bad but what makes it a 1 star is the staff working here. The two punjabi women ( not the one with no front teeth but the other two) have such bad attitudes and are very unpleasant to deal with. They both act like they hate their job and sloppily your food with a sour face. The owner really needs to change up the staff because they're killing the business, the 2 chinese that were hired provide excellent customer service but they need to change the rest of the staff.

Decent Mexican fast food. Didn't realize how many locations there are in the lower mainland. Similar to chipotle or chronic tacos. Had the burrito bowl, ingredients are fresh and serving size is more than enough.

I always stop by here for lunch, food is ok but staff are always nice. I stopped by yesterday for a bowl, quarter way through my meal I find a hair.. I brought this up to them and they were very nice and offered me another bowl to replace it. I came by today for lunch again and I was nearly finished eating but found another hair. I felt so embarrassed to bring it up because what a coincidence, it happened two days in a row. They said it can be my eyelashes but I have long extensions on and this hair was so short and thin. Anyways, just disappointed and lost of appetite from finding hairs in my food that is clearly not mine. ?

Quesada is my first time having Mexican food, so I can't speak to its authenticity. Taste-wise, though, it's great, and the value is really good for Vancouver. The burrito bowl is easily two meals and quite filling. I'm also someone with a sensitive stomach, and I can say that I encountered no problems on that front with the ingredients, spice level, etc. All in all, really good experience. I wish it wasn't so far away from where I live.
