During my visit to the restaurant, the quesadilla I ordered was absolutely delicious, bursting with flavor and perfectly cooked. However, I was disappointed by the limited options for vegetarians.While the quesadilla stood out, the lack of variety in the vegetarian options left much to be desired. It would be great to see more diverse veggie choices on the menu to cater to different dietary preferences.

Been a long long time since I was conflicted about what to order. So many delicious options. Ended up having the chicken and waffles and my wife the salad with tofu. Excellent choices. Had a table by the window and enjoyed beverages on special.

Ordered Gochujang Chicken Bites, Ribs and Fried Chicken.The Chicken Bites were ok but I found it to be medium hotness and couldn't finish it. I think they needed a warning!The Ribs were underseasoned and the Crispy Chicken were dried and bland. The last time I was here, we were asked about what we thought of the food, but no survey was done this time (as this is an R&D kitchen.)

My friend and I went there last Friday afternoon for early dinner. It was around 4.30pm so didn't have to make a reservation. The best part about this establishment was the staff! Super. Dayton was fantastic. I forgot to take photos of the food but everything was great. Coconut shrimp as a starter to share. Delicious! My friend had a burger and endless fries. I had a beef brisket sandwich with a Ceasars salad. I had to take half sandwich home as it was so filling. Yummy. As it is an R&D kitchen the menu does get updated but not sure frequency if updates.
I had the onion ring , burger and pasta. The taste of onion ring was pretty good, however the portion was poor compared to the price. the burger was just okay, not really special. The problem was a pasta. I ordered "Fettuccine pasta" and told server that I want to have "Gluten free". I was expecting "Gluten free Fettuccine pasta" but he gave us a penne pasta instead of fettuccine. After we got the pasta, we asked him about the shape of the pasta, then he said that the gluten free is only available with penne pasta. We didn't know this because it was our first time to visit this place and he didn't tell us anything about change of pasta. He should have confirmed with us when we order the pasta. If I was the server, and like this situation if customers were unsatisfied with the food, I at least would have asked customers if they want to have a regular fettuccine pasta instead of gluten free penne or would have apologized for not to ask pasta availability when taking order. I personally think it should be vividly noted in the menu that the gluten free is "PENNE"

Went to White Spot R&D kitchen at the Amazing Brentwood with 2 others.Service was great. We were greeted promptly. It wasn't too busy so we were able to choose where we wanted to sit. Our server (Fiona) was fantastic. She was quick to point out a couple things that weren't available and highlight the limited time features. Service was prompt, friendly and she stopped by a couple times for "quality checks" or if we needed anything else.The food was on par with the White Spot brand. Everything was tasty, presentation was great and pretty good value when compared to others.I was a little disappointed that the menu hasn't really changed much. It is an R&D kitchen so I would expect new items to be added more frequently. A few of the items that are "exclusive to R&D kitchen" have been on other white Spot menus before.Also, I was expecting an invitation to offer more feedback on the menu items. "what did you like, what could be better", etc. Of this is truely a test kitchen then wouldn't you want feedback?Overall, service was top notch! Food quality, presentation and value is where it should be. My only other comment is that I expect more variety and more turn over of items on a R&D menu.

Sara was welcoming and gave us pleasant service. The Benny was ok and chicken and waffles was the same not so unique.. it looks like it took minimum effort to make it… nothing had a Wooow factor.

The service was stand out from the Hostess to the wait staff. Immediately upon arriving we were greeted and seated in a friendly manner and asked if we’d been to the R&D Kitchen and this being our first visit the hostess took the time to introduce herself and explain the concept. Our server Suzana was fantastic. Professional and confident. She made direct eye contact when addressing each of us, made menu suggestions and was really attentive. Other staff were observed to be equally attentive, chatty and friendly. Food was at the level expected for white spot. I had the beef brisket Benny, it wasn’t my favourite but that’s just me being a snob! There’s a lot of construction in the area , which probably leads to the dirty windows . It looks like they try to clean em but the weird half done cleaning stands out like a sore thumb . Hopefully once the area is all built up it will be easier to maintain
