Been a long long time since I was conflicted about what to order. So many delicious options. Ended up having the chicken and waffles and my wife the salad with tofu. Excellent choices. Had a table by the window and enjoyed beverages on special.
Ordered Gochujang Chicken Bites, Ribs and Fried Chicken.The Chicken Bites were ok but I found it to be medium hotness and couldn't finish it. I think they needed a warning!The Ribs were underseasoned and the Crispy Chicken were dried and bland. The last time I was here, we were asked about what we thought of the food, but no survey was done this time (as this is an R&D kitchen.)

During my visit to the restaurant, the quesadilla I ordered was absolutely delicious, bursting with flavor and perfectly cooked. However, I was disappointed by the limited options for vegetarians.While the quesadilla stood out, the lack of variety in the vegetarian options left much to be desired. It would be great to see more diverse veggie choices on the menu to cater to different dietary preferences.
