Had a last minute order for a sandwich platter. Called the location and Nitin was nice enough to accommodate and make the platter ASAP. Great service. would recommend.

I had a very disappointing experience. Simran was the person who was making my food and I felt like she did not listen at all. She did not ask me if I wanted my sandwich toasted and began to toast it immediately. I had to yell over the counter and tell her I didn't want it toasted. After that I requested for mayo and honey mustard and she added yellow mayo instead. I told her I asked for honey mustard, not yellow mustard and then she began to add honey mustard on as well. I had to stop her as I don't like too many sauces on my sandwich. Simran did not offer to fix her mistakes, remake my sandwich or even apologize for adding the wrong sauce. I left disappointed as I ended up paying for a sandwich that wasn't what I had asked for.

It's a sandwich. Good to fill the hunger gap. $12 for a sandwich is getting nuts. Eat sparingly if nothing else is an option.

The guy who is currently working is very slow, there was just 1 person ahead of me and I waited 15 minutes for my sandwich. There is usually good staff but in particular this was very slow, I wouldn’t come back to be honest.

We had a miscommunication about the delivery of an order for 20 people. But this location, in the heart of the lunch hour rush, made a whole a batch of new subs and rushed them over and still allowed my clients to eat on time... and they didn’t charge me again for the food! That’s amazing service and I’ll definitely call them again for our next corporate lunch.

I came in late at night (1 am). The employee who served me I believe is named Dohj. He was kind and friendly to talk to. The restaurant was clean and the veggie options were well organized and looked fresh.

I haven’t been to this location in decades, and I was actually surprised how clean this store was. The vegetables were displayed nicely as well as the drinks in the cooler. The place seemed very well taken care of.The person working on May 1st around 6pm was EXTREMELY kind. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced this in any other Subway! I had asked for soup but they were out. While I was finishing up my sandwich she brought a bowl of soup and she had made a small bath for me. I was very taken back by this gesture.

Upon choosing my fixings I noticed the lettuce was brown & wilted when the staff was assembling my footlong. I asked her to pick out the obvious brown pieces which she begrudgingly picked out two but there was obviously more. ? I gave up at this point. She really should have discarded that last layer of lettuce in the bin. Well she didn't as I saw her fill up the next customer with the same wilted brown lettuce. Not visiting this location again.

Great service, clean environment. For me, it's the most clean Subway I have visited. Very friendly and professional staff. Definitely will visit again.

Night crew is horrible.Last week order on the app. Showed up food wasn’t ready had to wake the guy up behind the counter. Today 3am no bread. “ day shift will make bread” was the excuse.

Not so good service by night staff!! Not convinced with the customer service I accidentally made order online but of steak sandwich instead chicken thou I called in early first they didn’t receive and on second call they answer that they have toasted the meat I mean okay understandable but I asked to switch to chicken please. He didn’t I mean like first you didn’t receive calll and say us we are late to inform. Great. Keep it UP.

Was my first time in over 4 years and I had just a salad since they're bread makes me break out for a few years now. Salad was nice but very overpriced in my opinion
