The sweetest place, every neighbourhood needs a place like this! You can tell the owner just wants people to enjoy good, real food and he works hard to make it accessible to all.Lots of meat in the sandwiches and tasty, wholesome soups. Even the coffee tastes like it was made at home (in a good way). Highly recommend!
I came in to the cafe after my car broke down waiting for a pickup truck to come pick up my car. I was having a horrible day but once I entered this cafe, boy did my day feel so much better. In a city where everything is moving fast, this cafe makes you feel at home. Dated and old cafe but a hidden jewel. $8 for a homemade turkey sandwich and chicken noodle soup is cheap. The owner was nice. Will go back as no one beats his prices for soup and sandwich.
