I bought 3 bags of noodles at the branch in crystal mall on September 17 evening. I opened it on September 19 and found that one bag of noodle is moldy. I therefore brought it back to the branch for exchange. However, the staff was very rude and accused me causing the mold. She refused to exchange the noodle or refund me. I was very upset and disappointed with the way they handled this matter, especially not willing to take their responsibility.
A nice young man assisted me in product selection. This is a small storefront of the factory, nice selection of frozen dumplings, wontons, rice dumplings, boas and buns of different flavours. Also sell fresh dumpling wrappers, and last they had freshly hot 水煎包.
