Wow, my friend and I were so impressed by the delicious, picture-perfect brunch we had at Whistlin' Waffle! We each had the combo breakfast (two free-range poached eggs, four pieces of bacon, hashbrowns and a waffle with added strawberries and cream :) ). All the food was high-quality and cooked absolutely perfectly, and the portions were generous and reasonably priced. The restaurant feels fresh, clean and comfortable and the service is friendly. The exterior of the strip mall just doesn't do the place justice and thus could be easily overlooked while driving down Dogwood. This is truly a Campbell River gem - give it a try and I am sure it will become a favourite destination!

Food and staff are great, we always make a stop here when we're here from the lower mainland.The breakfast poutine and Nutella and banana waffle are really good!
Food is amazing when this place is actually open. Going to have to start calling every time now. Take a day trip and stop by here because hours say open but it is always closed every damn time.

We’ve always dined in but today I did my first take away order. It was immaculate. How on earth they managed to still have my eggs medium on take away I’ll never know. Highly recommend, great taste, lovely menu!
