“This is not a paid/sponsored review. Our second visit - Jul 18’26. I didn’t write a review for my first visit. We arrived around 1 pm. Not much patrons.

Ordered two bbq meat (seasoned rib finger & marinated prime beef rib), spicy soy garlic chicken.

Overall was a good experience for us. Service was quick. Banchan refill were quickly delivered upon request.

The bbq meat, like many bbq Korean joint, determined by how you cooked it.

Spicy soy garlic was good.

Price is on the higher end (expensive).

Men’s toilet was clean.

No music played at premises so patrons can talk easily.”

I ordered a custom bowl with Spicy Salmon. large portions, fresh ingredients and tastes amazing. “Aside from the newly renovated McDonald, it’s convenient, place is not bad but sometimes hard to find seatings when one person occupied the entire table.

Food is still McDonalds standard so no complains there. However, some of the self-service machines won’t print out receipts, something to take note of.

Had the World Cup meal which was pricey but still enjoyable.”

“During my lunch breaks I usually swing by Body Energy Club Coquitlam. Today I had a great experience with a young man who helped me pick out creatine pills and vitamins. He stood out because he genuinely helped me, he was very knowledgeable about supplements and how it would benefit my health! The environment was very friendly and welcoming. They also got me samples for greens too. Highly recommend this location!”

The beef noodle soup had an incredibly rich, spicy broth with tender chunks of beef, and the dumplings were fresh and delicious. Service was fast, friendly, and efficient, and everything came out quickly. Easily one of the best noodle spots I’ve been to in Coquitlam. I’ll definitely be back!”

“Mom and I eat here all the time. It's our favorite place, the staff, the food the atmosphere is always top notch! Tonight was proof of why we go here. Friday is rib night, full rack was $30 and comes with spaghetti, ceaser salad and garlic toast.... however what a shocker they have slashed the cost to $19.... why simply because of Trump's Tarrifs and they want to give back to their patrons by lowering prices so we eat local.... This place just proved how awesome Canadians can be! You continue to raise the bar! Everyone must try this place out if you haven't already 💓💓💓💓💓”

“After finishing my hearing test a few doors down I wanted to grab a coffee for my trip back to Maple Ridge. I went into a name brand store, was ignored and left. Then I spotted this gem. I ordered my usual black coffee and watched as someone actually ground the fresh beans and then made my coffee in a French press. I joked with them that that's how I make my coffee at home. I added a blueberry lemon scone and had a nice drive home. All 3 staff were a pleasure to deal with, and my snack was delicious.”

“Best croissant I have found in town... and across multiple municipalities. They have a tasty assortment of regular pastries and cakes plus seasonal specials. The also have hand-made to order espresso beverages as well as tea and hot cocoa. Their Maple Sea Salt latte is amazing!!
Take away is normal here, there is also a small inside and outside dining area.
They also sell local roasted coffee beans.”

“This is by far the best cafe/coffeehouse in Coquitlam, if not the lower mainland. Staff are friendly and accommodating, the food is amazing, fresh, and filling, and the coffee is also fantastic! And prices are also really reasonable! The atmosphere in this place is always friendly, and if you call for take out its ready in a timely manner, I work in the area at times and always come here for lunch if I'm there around that time 10/10 beanery, keep doing what you're doing ❤️”

“We ordered the High Street Special Pizza, which was their recommendation, along with the Bandari sandwich. The pizza tasted so much like the pizzas you find in Iran! 🤩 It was loaded with cheese, which I know many people would love, but it wasn’t really my personal preference.

The Bandari sandwich had a good flavor, though I would have preferred it to be spicier and a little saucier. It was also slightly cold when it arrived.

Overall, it was still a good experience, and I’d probably come back to try some of their other sandwiches.”

“I recently discovered this magnificent sushi restaurant near my home. I've never experienced fresher sushi before. Their raw oysters are divine. And the sockeye salmon sashimi is unbelievable. My server (Rose) is a sweetheart who is friendly and polite. The music is a little on the loud side but the genre of the music is enjoyable. I'm going to make this sushi restaurant my regular place from now on.”

“I love the experience at this Tim Hortons. They started taking names for orders, which makes the experience feel so much more friendly. Some of the employees even go the extra mile to remember regular customer's names and their usual orders. It's such a warm and welcoming feeling when they greet you personally or already know what you had like, especially the one who mostly took my orders always has a very friendly smile and has too much patience while dealing with customers. The service is quick and efficient. and the staff are always friendly and kind. Great coffee, and amazing customer service.”

“Met for lunch with a friend at Gordon Ramsay Burger. I didn't expect anything but I was very impressed by the attentive service and the outstanding blue cheese burger I had. “This is not a paid/sponsored review. Visited May 31’26, my first time. We were greeted and got our table near the window. Ordered the towering onion rings, two kids meal, a platter entree (Two For You) and Madlove burger.
The whiskey river bbq chicken breast was ok although not as I expected. It was a bit oily not bbq-ed. Also it was a small chicken breast. My son liked the madlove burger, so i just take his word for that.
Seems the staff were overwhelmed - although seat was not full house. It took a while for us get our drinks and the onion ring. It took a while as well to hail the server to get us our refill and napkin. I guessed this is typical for this kind of restaurant. Toilet was clean when I used it.”

We stopped by for a snack and tried the “keto” kimbap with tuna and it was delicious - you don’t miss the rice at all. The tangy white kimchi wrap paired well with the tuna mayo, egg and other veggie ingredients. The service was super friendly and the shop is clean and cozy. I will definitely come back to try their other kimbaps and dishes.”

“Happened to find this place while exploring Lafarge Lake. So glad I stopped in to give this a try. I don't usually get cones, but my daughter did. After trying their cone, I will definitely be getting one on my next visit. Everything was delicious. Plenty of room to eat inside here if you like. Outside is seating as well, with a beautiful view of the lake. I will definitely be returning here. Both my daughter and I loved it.”

“A great Cafe with lots of food and drink options. Close to Burnaby and Coquitlam so gets a decent crowd, specially on weekends. We have been here a few times and the drinks have always been really good. Food is great as well. They have created a peaceful, serene indoors atmosphere for seating. The only issue is lack of parking directions for first time visitors. There are only 6 spots in front of the restaurant but they have a bigger lot on the street behind the restaurant (not the space directly behind restaurant but a few places over). We found it on our third visit to restaurant.”

“probably the best kalguksu i’ve ever had. the handmade knife cut noodles are bouncy with a perfect chew. the broth is deep and flavorful. the beef and clams were plentiful. it came with three side dishes which were simple but tasty. they use an ipad to order which is efficient but not much service otherwise from the servers. service is a bit slow as food took some time to arrive however the store was busy. i would come back to try other dishes.”
