“I had a really wonderful experience at McDonald’s today around 12:30 PM. I accidentally spilled my entire iced coffee, and the floor was a complete mess. I told a female staff member what happened, and she immediately came over and cleaned it up for me. She was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding, and never made me feel embarrassed about the accident.

A male staff member also came over afterward and made sure the area was cleaned up properly. I really appreciated how both employees handled the situation so kindly and professionally.

I believe the female employee’s name started with a “K,” although I’m not completely sure. I hope the manager can identify both employees based on the time. They both provided excellent customer service, and I really wanted to take a moment to recognize them.

I mostly order online, and my smoothie is ALWAYS perfect. It travels so well and arrives thick, fresh, and delicious every single time. I’ve also visited in person, and the team is always super kind, welcoming, and helpful when explaining different products and add-ins.

My go-to order is the Berry Delicious with added avocado, strawberries, powdered peanut butter, and Udo’s Oil = perfection!!! My partner loves the Maca Rush with whey protein.

The dry pot dish was especially crispy and flavorful, with a great texture and plenty of seasoning without being overwhelming. The sweet-and-sour pork (锅包肉) was excellent as well—the coating was just the right thickness, crispy on the outside without being too heavy, and the flavor tasted very authentic and traditional. The Big Plate Chicken (大盘鸡) was another highlight, with a generous amount of tender, meaty chicken and a rich, flavorful chicken taste. I also really enjoyed watching the hand-pulled noodles being freshly made on site, which added a nice authentic touch to the dining experience. “After finishing my hearing test a few doors down I wanted to grab a coffee for my trip back to Maple Ridge. I went into a name brand store, was ignored and left. Then I spotted this gem. I ordered my usual black coffee and watched as someone actually ground the fresh beans and then made my coffee in a French press. I joked with them that that's how I make my coffee at home. I added a blueberry lemon scone and had a nice drive home. All 3 staff were a pleasure to deal with, and my snack was delicious.”

“I recently discovered this magnificent sushi restaurant near my home. I've never experienced fresher sushi before. Their raw oysters are divine. And the sockeye salmon sashimi is unbelievable. My server (Rose) is a sweetheart who is friendly and polite. The music is a little on the loud side but the genre of the music is enjoyable. I'm going to make this sushi restaurant my regular place from now on.”

“I love the experience at this Tim Hortons. They started taking names for orders, which makes the experience feel so much more friendly. Some of the employees even go the extra mile to remember regular customer's names and their usual orders. It's such a warm and welcoming feeling when they greet you personally or already know what you had like, especially the one who mostly took my orders always has a very friendly smile and has too much patience while dealing with customers. The whiskey river bbq chicken breast was ok although not as I expected. It was a bit oily not bbq-ed. Also it was a small chicken breast. My son liked the madlove burger, so i just take his word for that.
Seems the staff were overwhelmed - although seat was not full house. It took a while for us get our drinks and the onion ring. It took a while as well to hail the server to get us our refill and napkin. I guessed this is typical for this kind of restaurant. Toilet was clean when I used it.”
