Grew up eating this at least once a month. They have rebranded and I’m not sure if there was a change in ownership and the recipe. The chicken pieces are for sure still bigger than KFC. What’s missing now is that subtle seasoning they used to have. Now it’s kinda bland. Off night maybe? I’ll give it a shot again sometime. Macaroni side is also bland.

Went to the store and waited until their opening time of 9:30am. When the doors opened i was told the chicken wait time is 15 mins! I worked at Churchs before and we always open our business having food ready! This is very poor planning from management! Do not advertise your store opening at a certain time but not have food available.

The fried chicken is delicious as always, but the place is dirty and no one cleans it. There are oil and food residues all over the table, sofa and floor. The trash can is full and no one cleans it.Parking: Easy to parking.

It was close 11pm in the evening - just about when my chronic craving for chicken wings was kicking in.I hurried drove and arrived at this Church's branch about 7 minutes before its closing hour.I ordered 5 regular and 5 spicy wings with 'buck a wing' promotion. The male employee promptly took my order and handled it professionally - the whole process didn't take 5 minutes since I stepped in.- Wings were not super juicy/tender: but still delicious- $1 a wing is hard to beat- Regular wings had rock hard batter which were meh- Spicy wings had better texture for me- 1~2 of them were extra greasy, 1~2 of them were extra dry; others were fine- Wings were lukewarm, probably have been sitting on the shelf for a while- An alternative option would be one of the Korean Fried chicken places: but I didn't want to spend at least $25+.All in all, an affordable option when you have a craving for fried wings in the late night.

Staff in dire need of training.Double checked if my order was correct and they said it was. Drove home only to find out they were missing some items. Disappointing, but it happens. Went back to pick up missing items, only to discover they gave me spicy chicken instead of regular (which my kids can’t eat.) Not wanting to make a third trip, I called to let them know of their error and the girl insisted they gave me regular, and that it was spicy cause they used the same oil. Really? It’s not my first time eating here and I know what the difference is between the two.The spicy chicken they gave was super greasy, dirty oil/overloaded fryers. Literally pooled fryer oil in the bottom of the box.The solution given was that the next time I order they will make sure they give me regular chicken.How does that help me at dinner time with hungry kids? No offer to replace, no refund, nothing.What a joke.Sorry, there will be no next time.
