Okay, this is going to sound extremely petty, but I recently went to get a few drinks there, and I was disappointed by the service I received. When my order was ready, I wasn't given or offered a bag. I've been to CoCo's plenty of times before, and they have always provided me with a bag without asking. Great place to get boba! Their milk tea base is great and it is perfectly well sweetened at 70% (in my opinion). Their brown sugar syrup and pearls and good quality. I can really tell that their stuff is fresh and well made!
