***UPDATE*** - received a response from owner asking for time/date of visit but no email to send to. Contacted customer service via website... still waiting for reply.I can't comment on the dine in experience or food. I used to come here quite often since it's right by coq ctr and near my place.I came here for the gingerbread bottle that i've been seeing on social media. The dude at the cash couldn't even be bothered to help customers. He was too busy focussing on his friends that came into the store while he was helping other customers infront of me. Not only was my drink written wrong (since he was distracted), he forgot to make it. My husband's drink was made but he skipped mine and went straight to making his friends orders. The other girl that was working asked if he had made my drink yet (as it came before his friends) and he was like "no..." so she ended up making it. She was nice. And I honestly felt bad she had to take over since she looked quite busy.I get that they are prob kids from HS that are being hired to work there, but come on... at least do your job before socializing with your friends. You have other paying customers to take care of. It wasn't even that busy. Had he made the effort to do his job properly... he still would have had time to socialize with his friends after when there were no customers.

I can't share experiences eating / dining in here. However, i definitely want to call out the crappy service we receivedOn Saturday, December 2nd, my wife & I went to Gong Cha in the mid-afternoon for a bubble tea. While there was a group ordering ahead of me and my wife, the person at the cashier turned focus to his friends that came in and talking about flavors to try today. Despite the fact the people in front of him haven't finished ordering yet let alone paying.And then when it was finally our turn, he was focused more on socializing and I had to give an awkward "um we're right here" type of look before he noticed. While he was "taking our order", he was still socializing away. Later on, my drink was made but my wife was skipped over as he was wholly focused on socializing with his friends and making drinks for his friends. My drink was actually mixed with my wife's as she asked for 0% sweet and he made that for mine. I didn't want to bother going back as already wasted 20 minutes waiting for bubble tea despite only being the 4th & 5th drink needed to be made...the manager had to help make ours after we said "um we're missing ours" while he was still socializing awayI mean it's horrible and sad that this is the only bubble tea place in Coquitlam...OH WAIT ITS NOT....AWESOME....my recommendation is go somewhere else that has staff that doesn't skip over you to focus on the party/socializing. Not my first time seeing this, and we only went back because of gingerbread cups they had. otherwise, try places like Pearl Fever, (5 minute drive away) Inside Out (that's a 5 minute walk away), and others.Just do a quick google for Bubble tea in coquitlam...add this spot as "don't bother going to cuz they don't care about customers anyways" and enjoy some good pearls & drinks elsewhere

I dont know whats going on with this two staff here but i ordered mine and they said their debit machine doesnt work so i hand them cash they said they didnt have change, so i told her that i will go get change on the store beside and yet when i came back and hand them $10 they said they dont have 5cents which is no problem and yet this guy didnt even prepare my order, the poor girl had to take order while making my drink while this guy that doesnt even wear their uniform just on the phone and coughing all over the place. So disgusting.Overall im happy because the girl is nice and she prepared my drink.

I love taro and red bean smoothies and the one we had here was not bad. Decent flavor and the pearls were cooked well, not hard like some other places. The person working the till was very patient with us as we weren't sure what to order at first.I would come back again to try other flavors.
