I have been waiting forever to try authentic Uyghur food and just so happened to stumble upon this fine establishment. I approached the front counter to place my order with 1.5hr left before closing and the owner said "I'm sorry brother we actually had to close early today we sold out of 95% of our menu today". The grilled buns, large plate of chicken and Xinjiang fried noodles in this restaurant are super delicious, and the boss makes all the noodles freshly. It just takes a long time. If you are hungry, you must not choose this restaurant. The good food takes time to cook.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic. It is one of my families go to restaurant and we drive 30 minutes out of our way just for the restaurant. The food is fresh, flavourful, and hearty. We always get a few extra samsas and meat pies to eat over the next few days because they are delicious and so well made. Everything we’ve tried at the restaurant has been exceptional, with our favourites being the ququre soup, polo, and dapanji.
