We consider ourselves Ramen hunters and have tried some amazing bowls in Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, and many other parts of the world. Delicious ramen with splendid, rich and creamy broth. Tried the black tan tan men which came with a bowl of rice and the flavours were great. The black sesame ground pork was both sweet and salty and went very well with the rice. The U.B.B. Extra ramen came with thick noodles that had great texture and the broth was so rich and complex. Had an amazing bowl of chasu tamago ramen at Maruhachi recently, and I can't recommend it enough! The flavors in that bowl are something else—rich, comforting broth, perfectly tender chasu, and the tamago was just the right level of runny.
