We prepared a small cake from this bakery yesterday, and I can say with full confidence that the taste of the cake was similar to anything except cake. It seems that something went wrong in the interactions of the cake baking process, or this bad quality and taste was the result of the product's excessive shelf life. We drove 50 kilometers so that while supporting a business, we could prepare a cake suitable for Iranian taste, which unfortunately led to our last shopping experience from this bakery. I hope that the people involved in this store will find a solution to improve the products and meet the reasonable demands of the customers instead of justifying it and think more about the health of their buyers.

Couple of times picked up variety of cookies. 75% were stale. They mix stale with few fresh cookies, esp Zaban. Today the lady did not appreciate me not speaking in farsi. Very disappointed rude no smile service.

Very clean and organized. Great selection of baked good and everything I got was absolutely amazing. I've never had anything anywhere near as good or as affordable from an European bakery. Their baklava (almond) and vanilla cake slice were shockingly good. Please go here, you won't regret it!

The lady behind the counter was serving someone else so I waited and looked at all the goodies they had. The other person left and the lady didn't seem to want to serve me. Didn't greet me or ask if she could help. Wasn't friendly or helpful at all. Almost felt discriminate. Other customers came in and she greeted them. I still purchased a few items and left. I won't be going back again.

Disappointed!I ordered birthday cakes more than 4 times from minoo bakery and they were all frozen they didn’t even mention that the cake is frozenWhen we tried to cut the cake it was really frozen inside we couldn’t even serve the cake to our guests3 days ago I went and ordered another cake and didn’t add any nuts or fruits and paid 50 dollars for it and mentioned to them couple times that i want the cake not frozen when I picked it up they told me that it is frozen again and I brought it home left it out for more than 7 hours and still half frozen then tried cutting the cake I came across to a another disappointment there was barely cake mixture80% was cream and 20% was cake mixture and tasted awful.I would never ever go back there again. Not worth it.

I spent $75 on a birthday cake (and some other pastries) that was frozen! It was so frozen that we first thought it was an ice cream cake! It tasted terrible and lost shape while we tried to eat it. You could feel a layer of palm oil on your tongue. The other creamy pastries were awful too. It felt like they had been previously frozen and then left to defrost just like the cake). I used to purchase creamy pastries from this confectionary and my guests would always love it. But this experience was a nightmare. Maybe the previous baker is gone?

The most recent purchase I made here was several years back. I had to dispose all of zoolbia bamie due to its extremely poor quality. I've heard they've made positive changes since then. However, the cake I recently purchased was dreadful. It exhibited very low quality, unpleasant taste, and was overpriced. I paid $20 for a very small piece of horrible cake. The staff were nice though.
