Always get a pretty decent meal here . it's not fine dining but good food reasonable cost . Had an excellent server Teej? They were very good very attentive saw to our needs without being asked drinks were refilled quickly and napkins and water brought when they saw the butter chicken bowl was spicy ( it was excellent not too hot lots of chicken broccoli perfectly cooked !) they are a very good server we have had before and would happily sit in their section again .. husbands steak sandwhich was good slightly over cooked more medium than medium rare but still more than edible .served with a good amount of fries and onion rings and our lodge chips starter always a fave :) Will be back !

Very enjoyable had Lacey very good server but next time we would finish our appy before ordering our dinner as dinner came while still having spin dip. When finishing up our wine felt a bit rushed kept wanting to know if we wanted anything else we said we will finish our wine first but this happened a couple of times. I took picture of my bill for points but she said system down but I kept my receipt in case she took my phone number down and said mgr. would get it put on to my points. Not yet they are not on but soon hopefully. Thanks will return soon.

The food was amazing. Ordered the rib eye and it was one of the best steak I have had in a long time. Our waitress was very good. Always kept checking on us and got us everything we ordered promptly. Great choices in the happy hour menu as well.

Love love the Mikes spin dip and the little do wines and quesadilla was there with my friend all good until loud table at back came in then we couldn't even hear each other so we decided to go to Tim's for coffee and chat usually we have our baileys coffee . I'm mad at myself I forgot to take picture of my bill with wanting to leave. Hannah our server was good friendly.

Had the Mr Mikes burger. What a mistake, everything was wrong with it. Bun was more like a baugette that was hard to bite into. When you did the burger slid out the other end. The bread was so small it didn't cover the meat, which was a greasy Grey burger. Typical frozen food. Portions sizes were small, was shocked when it arrived. Left disappointed, and won't go back. Can make better food at home, and this was nothing special.

My grandson wanted to have foods he orders when at the Keg some food fine others not so much for the prices. They need to put ones full meal on a proper plate not narrow black ceramic dish you can't get into to cut meat and hear scratching of plate. Caesar drinks way off the mark. Charging for double baked potato ! Drab eatery Would go just to have mikes spin dip it's the best. Thank you

Ordered onion rings as a side. Wow spurted grease all over my white sweater. Always my complaint it's always so cold in there we spoke with a lady eating a steak with her coat on and yes she said it's cold in here. My friend and I asked if they could turn up the heat she said mgr. not here but will do what she could. Did but still cool but so warm when you enter. Next time will get an inside booth not by window to see if it makes a difference. Mikes spin dip is the absolute best love it! Wine Wednesday sure not busy.

I have gone to Mr.Mikes all my life and unfortunately this was one of my most disappointing visits to date. We went on Valentines day as a special treat and could only get late reservations, which was fine. I ordered a new york steak (Med) with panko shrimp and fries, and my husband went for the rib eye (rare) traditional style. Both steaks were woefully undercooked. Mine was rare and if the rib eye had mooed I wouldn't have been surprised. Almost blue rare. The shrimp never arrived either, though I paid for it. Not sure if there is new management there but I seriously doubt I will be visiting again anytime soon. The waitress was pretty good minus not noticing that I didn't get my shrimp. I was so thrown by the steak I didn't click until I got home and was frying my leftover steak. Wouldn't recommend anymore.
We had steak and lobster. Food was great. Atmosphere was great. Could have sold us more wine if they had checked-in more often but service was still pretty good. Only complaint is that we reserved several days in advance and lots of spots were available when I reserved, I requested a booth but when we arrived they gave us a central table and said booths were all reserved. We still had a lovely time and would definitely go again.

Made reservations 5 days before hand..arrived and asked for a booth with better lighting, they said other tables were reserved ? Then finally they gave in. we sat down 5 minutes later manager says to us you have 90 minutes to eat then have to leave. so other customers can sit. Very poor customer service on the management, he said 90 minutes is adequate time..sounds like a dictator at his best? It actually ruined the evening just because of this idiot ?? I recommend dining elsewhere..shame on them..by the way lot of empty booths all evening as i observed. go figure?

Server was great the steak was very very bad not cooked right and manager argued with me. I will not be going back ever. Mr.Mikes is a steakhouse that can not cook a prime rib steak medium rare to save their lives.

My family dined in last night.The food tasted great, as always. My concern is their new portion sizing and increased cost to smaller portions. My shaved beef sandwich was only half a beef shaved sandwich. I thought at first it was a lunch portion,Unfortunately, it was not. Then I bit into it, and there was a hair.It was quickly replaced, and they did comp it. $23Considering this location was shut down for some time for renovations, I don't see any changes. The bathrooms were dirty, and the paper towel was sitting on top of the paper towel dispenser in a big roll. The change table is broken and almost hit my child on the head because the spring in it is broken and I had a hard time keeping it up. The sanitary disposal bins had no bags either.When it came time to pay the first lowest automated tipping option is 18%!!!!! Do they not pay a minimum wage? I asked head office and they didn't say no. They just said sorry you didn't like your experience. We will use this information to do better. Sorry we lost your business, Have a great day.I didn't complain to our server as she was amazing and very apologetic. We also tipped well as It's not her fault Mr. Mikes has forgotten about their customers.Mr. Mikes you can do better.

Nice location, lots of parking, service was quick and efficient and the atmosphere was good. Two orders of the same food and one was good while the other exact some order, was underwhelming. First time there and felt a little pressured to order quickly. Early Friday evening dinner partly to blame I expect.
