Update February 29th 2024Upon receiving my complaint, the manager on duty apologized and was kind enough to offer me a replacement meal with freshly made items. I was able to pick it up today and enjoyed it with my family. Thank you for your excellent customer service. Best experience at popeyes!! Manager was awesome. Cant remember her name but i visited on a sunday feb 25 2024 at about 8:30 at night. She made the experience a memorable one. Her demeanor was delightful and positive. Her positive attitude encouraged my confidence in dining at popeyes in the future. GIVE THIS GIRL A PROMOTION!!!!! Shes pure awesomeness. I always go there as it is the best fast food chain that provides halal. So far so good.Just a few times, I noticed that their sandwiches are a little cold. Other than this, it's so yummy and tasty.
