This is the best pizza hut .The pizza is so good and the customer service is nice .I had a very good experience there.I recommended everyone to visit there.

Everytime I go here I'm very disappointed..I order chicken Alfredo with extra sauce.everytime..dry as a bone..super gross..thought I get the garlic bread with cheese..ROCK HARD COULDNT EVEN BITE IT.i hit it off my coffee table it sounded like a hammer hitting wood..inedible.. so needless to say I called voiced my unhappiness.tthey offered me $15 my order cost almost $40..the rock hard bread $11 bucks like what an insult..then thru said I'll give u $20 credit..I just couldn't take one more second on the phone with someone who doesn't care about quality of the product he's selling..not once not twice not 3 times but well over 10.i keep giving chances and failure evetytime..I like pizza hut but this one not so much..

I ordered 3 pizzas on a deal for pick up. When I got home, realized one pizza was not the one we ordered. Called the hut, explained that one of my pizzas was wrong and they instantly offered to send me the original pizza delivered to my door, complimentary.I’m impressed the way they handled their mistake. Finally a business who doesn’t screw its customers! And pizza always tastes fresh and great.

These people are incompetent. Cancelled my order without telling me. I called them and they don't even answer the phone properly and they tell me they don't have driver's and they can't even speak English properly.Hire PROPER STAFF THAT CAN SPEAK ENGLISH.

Worst service ever. Cheap management. Ordered triple pepperoni with extra cheese and gets charged for it but given bare minimum. Called to ask for credit and the manager lied about making the pizza himself.. not a chance he's answering the phone and making pizzas at the same time. I've been to this location to pick up before and the manager doesnt do a thing but answer the phone and walk around.

Awesome delivery guy, but again their pizza had no toppings and for the money definitely not worth it. 4 tiny pieces of pepperoni. I miss the old pizza hut at Coquitlam center when you sat in and ate the best OG pizza

I come here quite often usually for the walk in specials but what really makes it is the people who work thereAlways positive and really helpful anytime I've needed it. I'm not sure if it's family operated but it definitely feels that way.For the category they're in I really don't see how you could ask for more.
